• Karol (3/5): 🙁 - Fully equipped apartment, but ... Dirt all over. Bed linen with fur on it, towels with discharge, dirty cutlery, etc. Tottaly unacceptable. Charge for the final cleaning must be a joke. We have spent summer holidays in Austria for over 20 years, but it's been the worst experience ever. Just have a look at the pictures...disgusting! After my complaint, immidiately after check-in, the host replied: "Oh thats not good please write to my collegue Steffi and send her the pictures. She will help you". Never again!

The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the main attractions. The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and toiletries. One important note: there is some confusion with the location shown on Google Maps—it points to the wrong address. Please double-check the location with the host to avoid any inconvenience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Schwertberg and looking for the home-like accommodation. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you, for a wonderful stay!
