Guest Reviews
- Leigh (10/5): Perfect cosy base for a a relaxing getaway. Great sunset and sunrise views. - Very cosy, well maintained and presented, easy access and great management Nothing
- Dundee (10/5): - Very comfortable house, pet friendly and quiet location
Exceptionally clean with good views of the water from the balcony
- Glenn (10/5): It was a great home away from home Easter for the whole family. - Very homely, everything you may need was there and great for families with children and grandchildren. Easy walk into the main part of town if you didn't want the very short drive. The side gates were a little hard to open sometimes but it was good having them as they provided that extra security.

- Brandon (10/5): The home was exceptional, leaving nothing to be desired at all!! - It was extremely clean upon arrival, facilities were all usable. It was very nice looking and in a fantastic location Nothing
- Lindaraeye (10/5): Cute, quirky, clean and comfortable - Cute and comfortable property. Really well equipped- the owners have thought of everything. Comfortable beds and pillows, spotlessly clean home, nicely decorated, everything you need to be able to cook and clean with. Everything works, knives are sharp, a huge variety of pots, pans, mixing bowls, chopping boards and appliances, with some essential cooking supplies provided (thank you).
Weather was not great but we were toasty warm with the central heating or the fireplace. We really felt at home.
Great having a door code instead of keys. Nothing

- Beveley and David (10/5): Most comfortable bed and kitchen was very well catered for the whole house was spotless -
- Kristel (8/5): Great house, good location. - Great, spacious house. Well equipped kitchen, nice view. N/a
- Anita (10/5): Care has been taken to create a warm, welcoming and comfortable getaway! - We went for a combined family getaway with my sister and had the best weekend. The property is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, quality linens, has a secure yard for puppers, and well supplied for whipping up breakfasts. Very cool decor that cleverly melded the original features of the property with modern furnishings - teens though it was the best! Weather was hideous so loved the open fire and board games. Would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. Furthermore, booking agent was outstanding to deal with! Not a thing!
- Fiona (9/5): Peaceful location for a relaxing stay within walking distance to local shops and beaches! - House was clean spacious and everything needed for a home away from home.
- Aksithi (10/5): Exceptional - We liked all the amenities provided and the aesthetic of the house was so pleasing! It was such a great place and value for our group :)
- Esther (10/5): Brilliant - the weather was almost 100% too - Everything- I bought toilet paper because we ran out of it Needs child locks on door up to bedrooms
- Robert (7/5): Good - Nice quite area. 15mins walking distance to the shops and beach. The BBQ had a dangerous gas leak. I sent a message, and they responded someone will come and fix the problem. No one came. The bunk beds seemed unstable (creaked and moved), and the kids were too scared to sleep on the top bunks.
- Kamia (9/5): A great place for our family to get together. - Luxury comfort. Tastefully decorated inside. Very well equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Easy to use air conditioning system. Blockout blinds. Great views of Port Philip Bay. Close to shops and beach.
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Manjari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (10/5): Excellent value for money we will be back - Fantastic property. Easy walk into town. Great views and house had everything you needed in the kitchen and very spacious, warm and comfortable
- Megan (9/5): Great stay on a very hot long weekend! (Aircon worked very well!) -
- Arpre (8/5): Very good - There was a problem with the keypad entry on our arrival - the host was easily contactable and helpful. The lock was changed by a locksmith the next day. The property had a really good kitchen - which as useful during Christmas. Beachside wasn't that beachside - should've checked location. It's around a 2km walk along a main road - still it's not that far. The 3rd bedroom fits 5 people - it's quite tight.
- Emily (10/5): Loved our stay, lots of fun, good close location. - Big backyard, lots of beds and space for families or groups. Lots of amenities too. Would definitely stay again. Nothing! We loved our stay!
