• Alana (8/5): It was only a short stay but we really enjoyed our time here. - Great location close to everything. For a self contained unit, they've included a lot that makes your stay more comfortable/ convenient! Pool towels, books and board games, cling wrap and foil in the kitchen etc. You can tell the place is a bit old, but it is kept clean and mostly maintained. Little things like sticky door sliders.

• Danniel (9/5): A well priced, calming oasis close to the beach. - Renee and Col are friendly, approachable and accommodating hosts, who will do all possible to make sure guests enjoy their stay. We were treated with an offer of both an early check in and late check out to make the most of our stay, which was very much appreciated. The unit was easily accessed being on the ground floor, provided a lovely shaded area outside, mostly surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to the leisure facilities the property offered. Inside, the unit, while showing its age in areas, was pleasantly done in a clean, calming, beachy decor which will appeal to many as a home base while exploring the city. The room facilities were of a good standard. Toaster, kettle, microwave etc all available and easily accessed; a heat pump dryer and front loading washer also available. The showers provided excellent heat and pressure. Plenty of seating available in the combined lounge and eating area. Though while there was tea available and milk available, I noted a lack of coffee.. an inadvertent oversight perhaps given the rest of the facilities were there. TV could probably do with updating as there are hotspots all over the screen. The bed was rather firm, but this is a purely subjective observation, as my wife thought it was fine. The unit was showing its age in places, mostly in areas not normally or often accessed or noticed, like the main bedroom wardrobe (which, to its credit, is large). These are all small gripes (the TV is probably the only one In would action with any urgency) and, I think, acceptable for the price point, which for the area is great value.
• Karen (10/5): Great apartment - Great apartment. Very roomy, comfortable and fantastic ground floor layout. Good location, close to the beach and the surf club. Nice and central. Not a major issue as we didn't need it, but no wifi and could not cast to the TV. May be nice to have but not necessary.

• Pouria (9/5): Clean and convenient location close to the beach - The location is very convenient for beach goers. Just a minute away from the main beach. The property was clean with good number of clean towels provided for both bathrooms. The AirTag that is attached to the key seemed unnecessary and we felt our privacy was compromised as the property owners would be able to track down our whereabouts all the time which is uncomfortable.

Great apartment for families, 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and washing facilities. The host was kind enough to offer an early check in and late check out.

• Brett (8/5): Great property for a family with up to 2 kids, only a short walk from all the action. - Was great for a family with 2 kids, with the 2nd bedroom having 2 single beds. The only minor issue is that the pillows were way too soft and provided no support.
