• BlavaTS (6/5): Great location but needs some TLC. - The location close to the old town is great. I liked having a full kitchen. All the things I needed were there. It wasnt super clean. I needed to clean some dishes and the oven to use it. The toilet wasnt so clean. The sheets had holes and were very thin. There was some mixed meat salad left in the fridge open in a bowl. I agreed on a time to meet to collect the key, I was there, but i had to call and wait 15 minutes.
• christophe (3/5): Pas cher mais à éviter - Le prix et l'emplacement C'était sale de partout, la literie plus que moyenne , la salle de bains délabrée et ultra petite impossible pour un grand gabarit d'aller au toilette, les serviettes de bains sales la fenêtre donnant sur la rue c'est comme si on dormait sur le trottoir vu l'inexistence d'isolation phonique... D'ailleurs impossible de dormir après 7h grâce aux cloches de l'église juste à côté... La wifi ne marche pas, et le parking annoncé est la rue si il y a une place... Pour finir il n'accepte que le liquide bien sûr
• Gavrilova (10/5): - The city center has a great location, just a 5-7-minute walk from the train station, the beach, the promenade with the Mayak, various cafes, the Zara store, and other attractions. The building's location is also very convenient for families with children, as the beach is just a short walk away. The apartment itself is small, but compact and very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were very pleased and would happily stay here again on our next visit.
• Elena (10/5): qualità-prezzo - È la seconda volta che prenoto questo appartamento. Ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, un'ottima posizione e un'atmosfera fantastica! Il vantaggio principale è che tutto è pulito e ordinato! È molto compatto, con tutto il necessario a pochi passi. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a 300 metri dalla spiaggia. I padroni di casa sono molto cordiali e disponibili, e sono stati molto disponibili a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Li consiglio vivamente!

• Klaudia (5/5): Not the best - Good location, fast WiFi had good kitchen facilities Cockroaches in the property; bathroom was awful, no shower curtain and bath was very small meaning water from shower made the whole bathroom soaking, door on bathroom is broken. Extremely loud noises from the road next door with cars and motorbikes
• Wilhelm (1/5): Schlimme Unterkunft, eine Zumutung. - Nichts Bei der Unterkunft war alles schlecht. Schon die versiffte Eingangstür zeigte, was von der Unterkunft zu erwarten ist. Zudem wurde Barzahlung gefordert, obwohl Kartenzahlung vereinbart war. Haben uns nach einiger Überlegung eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

• Vincio (2/5): Non aprite quella porta. - La posizione comoda, a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto e 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del bus. Odore di stantio permeava la “casa” costantemente. Abbiamo messo casa tra virgolette perché se avessimo aperto la finestra ci saremmo trovati in mezzo alla strada. Molto più riconducibile ad un garage che ad un’abitazione. Abbiamo trovato una blatta che camminava sul pavimento. Bagno in condizioni pessime: spazzolino sporco nel lavandino e doccia rotta.

• Maria (4/5): Honest impression - Location was good Good wi fi Full size Fridge and cooker Plenty of toilet rolls Walking into the property i was quite shocked as i expected it to be of a good standard for what i paid. I felt i needed to clean the kitchen area before i used it as it looked unclean.The bathroom needs updating, it has a half bath which is not easy to bathe in. The Wall and floor tiles were in very bad condition and need replacing and so does the toilet. The property needs fresh decoration with new bed linen and curtains. I believe this is a new property let by Booking.com and i may have been one of the first guests to book it, it has its good points but i hope the owners take on board the comments i have made about the bad points.

Might be hard to find a place to park because there is very heavy traffic,but there are two big free parkings on 10 minutes walk.

• Helena (10/5): great value for the price! Recommended! - I liked the apartments very much. Comfortable, cozy, clean, comfortable bed with a new orthopedic mattress. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking. There is a stove, a refrigerator, a table, as well as a TV, a bed, a sofa, a neat bathroom. Dishes and towels are available. But what is especially important is the convenient location: there are many shops, coffee shops, cafes nearby. You can shop around. The sea is 3 minutes walk. And one more positive moment - fast check-in. We arrived early, but we didn’t have to wait long: pleasant, friendly hosts told us a lot. All in all, a

All the kitchen facilities were super old an dirty. Was basically a storagge room that was turned into a studio in the base floor.
