• Lee Chin (10/5): - Lu and Mao have excellent communication and were prompt and attended to details. The room has everything you need including laundry, microwave, mini fridge, ironing supplies, extra pillows and blankets and hair-dryer. The room was spotlessly clean and the Chatswood Interchange is only across the road. A perfect place to stay for performances nearby too. Would recommend 11/10

• Glenn (9/5): Super convenient, comfy stay. - Location just across from the station, station in view from the apartment window. Super clean comfy room, with nice towels and toiletries. Apartment is quiet despite being centrally located. Aircon is great and not too noisy. Bed is comfy not super hard or super soft. Nothing really not to like. I would have loved a woollen doona and feather pillows but i may be asking too much at this price point. Only minor thing please add a 4th pillow we both like to have two :)

• Elizabeth (7/5): Overall a good place to stay - Great location. Liked the extras, tissues, teabags, lots of towels etc Bed quite comfortable Carpet was not very clean. A lot of long hair around, we both have short hair so it wasn’t ours. Air conditioning only ok. Apartment quite noisy, from outside and next room at times. A really helpful thing would be a light over the kitchen sink area

• Lynne (9/5): Reasonably priced, very clean, exactly as described. - We were met outside the vicinity by our host who then took us up to the room & explained how to return the keycards & security tag for parking. Our host was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Communication with our host before, during & after our stay was great. Definitely recommend people to stay here. There was a constant sound of running water in an adjacent room or from a room above.

• Roger (9/5): 10 out of 10 - I am lucky that I get to visit Australia once a year and from now on this will be my go-to for staying as near to Sydney CBD without the expensive prices of the centre. Great apartment, great location, excellent value and host communication was prompt. Have already recommended to friends and family. The only thing to consider is budgeting for carparking but can be had for £5 per day in the right place. The carparking wardens are ruthless when parking at street level so even a minute over will get you a fine. Other than that - excellent

• Martin (10/5): Skvělý pobyt - Děkujeme Lu za skvělý pobyt. Metro i vlak jsou velice blízko. Tak stejně samoobsluha, restaurace i nákupní centrum. Byli jsme velice spokojení při našem poznávání Sydney a okolí. Ocenili jsme i klid, pračku se sušičkou. Určitě bychom se zde ubytovali znova. Lu byla velice milá a ochotná nám kdykoliv pomoci pokud by byl problém. Velice pečlivý byl její úklid včetně výměny ručníků i lůžkovin 1x za 4 dny. Odpadky jsme si vynášeli sami....na patře je místnost kam se sypou. Děkujeme NIC!!!!

• Heather (9/5): comfortable stay. - Close to station great. Hotel itself was nice and quiet - didn't hear lift doors opening or other guests banging doors which was annoying in other hotels. Pillows. Didn't like the leather cushions. 4 normal pillows would have been better (2 for each guest) for watching tv in bed.

• Jun (9/5): - The location of the apartment is very good near the train station, which makes it easy to go everywhere of Sydney. The room is clean. The owner, though not met personally, is kind in response. The shower is in a bath tub while the separate glass is not wide enough, so the water spills... And maybe another dustbin in the room can be useful because now there is only one in the whole apartment.

I was stressed because I was there for a medical appointment and I had been late already for that because of the flood etc Everything was perfect but if I had known I would have brought some supplies of my own such as small towels and milk

Because it’s so close to the station, you will hear the gentle rumblings of the trains till late.
