- JO-CHEN (2/5): I would never recommend this accommodation. - This accommodation has no front desk, and the host is not on-site. Since we were arriving at 8 PM, the host said the key would be placed in a lockbox for self check-in. The ridiculous part is that the host never provided the passcode. When we arrived, we couldn’t reach the host at all. We had already left messages but received no response. In the end, we had to ask a local friend to call the phone number listed for the accommodation. A man answered with a poor attitude, saying “It’s not my responsibility” and “Please leave them a message.” Afterwards, there wasn’t even a single apology. When we asked why this happened, they did not respond. Even simple requests, like asking for box tissues, were ignored. This is extremely irresponsible behavior. If you want to stand outside in the cold, then go ahead and book this place.

Etage blickt man direkt auf die Skyline.Vor allem bei Nacht bietet sich ein unglaublicher Ausblick. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet extra pro Nacht, der Kostenfaktor ist aber Überschaubar. Beim Buchen sollte man das gleich mit denn Vermieter mitteilen.

Woolworths and Food works close by and great cafes and restaurants. Free tram to and from city and not too far for walk. Train station also close by. Host was very helpful as was the concierge staff. Would stay again. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. Had issue with sound on TV, had to power it off and on to work. Did not have fan in bathroom.

- Jodie (7/5): Brilliant apartment for a family of 5 for the formula 1, only had one issue with the air conditioning leaking, otherwise - We absolutely loved the location of the apartment, and also the size and space available in the living area and bedrooms. There were 5 of us and more than enough space with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also was about a 2 minute walk from Woolworths and a few minutes to the crown complex and Southbank restaurants. We had an issue with the air conditioning in the bedroom with the 2 beds. The air conditioning appears to have been leaking for quite a long time (as seen in previous wall damage) and as per the photo attached it soaked the bedroom floor and also leaked into the other bedroom. There was enough water that if a jumper, blanket or towel touched the floor it started soaking up immediately. I tried to let the host know and they originally didn’t respond to that message until I messaged again. They said they would send a technician, although no further action was completed while we stayed. Value for money was also a little unreasonable but that may be down to the fact we went during the formula one and everyone bumps their prices up.

Great location and facilities very close by, Supermarket etc. Coffee next door, food everywhere. the lifts in the building are really unreliable - just a comment so you can plan your exit with a buffer zone - you can be waiting a while.. The building staff are super sweet and helpful however.

Even our request for extra fans and early check in were met which we were really happy about. Instructions were clear, communication was very quick. I really appreciate the host for such quick responses, made our stay so easy. We loved the fact that they checked on us as well once we checked in. Just excellent customer service! I've not seen such attentive host before. So I would really recommend them. Location was also great. There was a woolworths just behind the apartments. Parking facilities was also great and we also enjoyed the pool access. We were new to Melbourne so it was a sweet surprise for location. 10-15 minutes walk to everything and short walking distance to a Tram(not free zone) access. Just excellent. The apartment we stayed in could do with an upgrade. Especially the bathroom. It had some black mold like patches in the shower which was concerning and the fan extraction was very slow. We understand it's an older building but it could have been cleaner. The range hood did not work despite instructions. I don't think it was working to begin with but thankfully we didn't need it as we didn't cook much. We were very upset about the kettle provided in the kitchen. It was very very black inside and again we did not feel comfortable using it. Needs a new one for that apartment. Other than the 2 things, main bathroom and kettle everything else was just perfect for our stay. The host went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable.

- Michael (9/5): Overall great stay - Great location. Very comfortable. Good views Main air conditioning is in living rooms with fans in bedrooms so could be hot at night
- Jason (10/5): Great - Excellent location and central. Stay over new year with good views of NYE fireworks. While very easy to arrange parking with ease with the host, it was a little bit troublesome to collect the remote for car parking logistically (had to park at kerb side and run elsewhere to collect).

- Scott (10/5): Great Location - The location was fantastic; gym facilities were great. The communication from the hosts was second to none, the chocolates were a nice touch. Didn't get a chance to use the kitchen as we ate out both nights but definitely would suit someone that would like to eat in with the supermarket right next door. Will definitely look at booking again when coming back.
- Liza (7/5): - 2 bed rooms The booking was changed to a further away location. At night it wasn’t safe to walk home. I originally booked a closer location but it was changed without proper notification.
- Danielle (9/5): - Location was great easy walking access to city & public transport. Groceries close by & great coffee. Pool & Gym facilities a bonus. Apartment had everything we needed, plenty of space for family of 5. Nice quiet area.
- Nur (8/5): comfortable and convenient stay - I really loved how accessible the apartment was and that it’s close to a supermarket, which made grabbing groceries super easy. What I appreciated most was the flexibility to check in early at 1 pm. Our flight arrived at 5 am, it was really cold, and my son was feeling a bit worn out from the long journey. Being able to rest and refresh early made our stay so much more comfortable. One small thing that could make the stay even better is having a bidet, which would be nice for guests from Asia.

- Richard (10/5): Felt like home away from home - The Hosts were very friendly and we were met at the front door by Grace, one of their friendly representatives, and shown around. Better than some of the bigger well known names for value and service that we have experienced.

- Michael (8/5): Comfortable stay in a lovely apartment with wonderful views. - Really lovely spacious living area to relax together, with superb views of the city skyline. The kitchen area was well equipped. Met at the property for easy check in which was great. Location suited us, easy walk to riverside. Made use of the gym and pool on site. Bathrooms were fairly basic, yet practical. Could have done with measuring jug and roasting trays in the kitchen. We stayed here over Christmas and it would have been a nice touch to have some decorations / Christmas tree.

- Chin (5/5): 一开始我是因为停车设施才住这公寓，后来到不能取消住宿的时间才通知我没有停车位，我觉得好像有一种被骗的感觉，因为屋主是在凌晨才发信息告知没有停车位，那时候我已经不能取消了 - 房子都很舒服 停车位
- Kim (7/5): Clean, safe and close to shops and restaurants - It was a very comfortable apartment and within walking distance to most amenities. There was not hot water in the bathroom sink and I notified the person who let us into the property but nothing was really done about it during our stay. I would have given a better rating if this had been addressed as everything else was great.

- Rosie (9/5): Great accommodation for a city escape. - 10 min walk to riverside, 15 min walk to city. Small supermarket across the road. Clean and felt modern. Nice big tv for movie watching. Laundry facilities. Great city view especially at night. 2 mins to the nearby goget. Lovely pool. Small niggle but I found it hard to get the shower to stay in position in the main bathroom.
