• Malescu (9/5): - Apartament spațios,ideal pentru familii,iar priveliștea de la balcon a fost încântătoare cu vedere la mare! Cu siguranță vom reveni la această locație. La piscină ar trebui ca spațiul dedicat pentru plajă sa fie amenajat mult mai estetic.Necesetita renovare.

• Kashif (5/5): Nightmare building administrator,.kept shouting at children. - The management team was friendly and helpful. They responded to calls and messages straightaway. Building administration was extremely poor, pool timing was until 8pm and they gave us wrong time 6pm, a women administrator of building kept coming out to pool and she was shouting at children whilst children were playing in pool around 5pm. Really bad attitude, lifts broken on fridsy and wasent fixed till momday, it was nightmare to climb up to 7th floors so we left 1 day earlier than expected. I would not recommend this to families with children or disabilities as the apartment is on a small hill and going to the beach is a mission.

Blisko 3 rozne plaze do wyboru: Umami nazwana przez nas 'Frytkowa' ze swietnym barem w ktorym mozna dostac bardzo dobrej jakosci jedzenie w dobrej cenie. Jest tam tez z mozliwosc spacerowania wzdluz plazy az do centrum zlotych piaskow. Druga zaraz na poczatku deptaka nazwana przez nas 'lodowa z uwagi na swietna pania na stoisku z lodami. Oraz trzecia 'ikoniczna' Kabakum kolo legendarnego hotelu Journalist. Jesli chodzi o apartament to ma on kapitalny widok na morze az po oddalony o 17 km horyzont. Do dyspozycji w sezonie jest basen do ktorego mozna zjechac bardzo szybkimi windami co tez jest duzym plusem. Apartament posiada 2 przestrzenne pokoje w ktorych mozna sie poczuc jak w domu. Duze dwa balkony dodaja ekstra przestrzeni i pozwalaja na swietny relaks wieczorami podczas podziwiania morza. Jest tam tez stolik z krzeslami, ktory dodatkowo na spozywanie posilkow podczas podziwiania kapitalnego widoku. Standardowe wyposazenie pozwala na komfortowy pobyt. W poblizu sa tez przystanki autobusowe jeden kolo hotelu Journalist drugi po drodze do centrum zlotych piaskow (ten pozwala na tani dojazd na lotnisko). Oba pozwalaja tez na dojazd do pobliskuej Varny. Dojscie do plaz mozna sobie skrocic przechodzac kolo placu zabaw ktory w naszym przypaku okazal sie duzym plusem z uwagi na dzieci. Obok tez jest tez do dyspozycji domek z grilem. Furtke do wejscia mozna otwierac bryloczkiem dolaczonym do kluczy. Sluzy tez on do otwierania bocznych i basenowych drzwi po 20:00. W budynku jest tez sklep. W apartamecie sa tez dwa telewizory. Do wyboru kablowa tv analogowa i cyfrowa. Ekstra bonusem jest wymiana recznikow oraz sprzatanie. Aparyament posiada tez klimatyzacje oddzelna dla kazdego pokoju co okazalo sie byc bardzo fajne. Polozenie wentylatorow pomaga dodatkowo w suszeniu prania co tez jest bardzo duzym plusem. Dostennosc kilku lozek pozwala na elastycznosc w doborze tego kto gdzie spi. Lokacja jest tak dobra, ze praktycznie ze swieca mozna by szukac minusow. Jesli sa to tylko osobiste raczej nie istotne dla wiekszosci wynajmujacych.

Власник завжди був на звʼязку та з готовністю вирішував усі питання, дозволив і заїхати раніше, і виїхати пізніше. Достатньо місця для великої сімʼї. Комфортно. Якщо є зовсім малі діти, то дохід до найближчого пляжу може бути складним і некомфортним через наявність сходів, які місцями різкі.

• A (10/5): - The apartment was nice it had an amazing view of the sea, the location was close to the beach and the swimming pool was good.
• Valentina (6/5): Could be better - The apartment was very nice and the owner of the apartment was responsive to our needs. The person at the reception was absolutely inadequate and rude. When we arrived, he started asking us where the key to our room is as we are supposed to know better than him! He could speak no Bulgarian, only Russian and while I could understand him, but replied in Bulgarian, he complained that I didn't know Russian and this was unacceptable as "we are supposed to have learnt that in school". While taking our documents to check us in, he proceeded to brag about Russia and say that our surnames sound like Russians and not Bulgarians...If my stay was not dependent on him in any way, I would have probably used the chance to explain my true feelings about this kind of treatment to him personally....Other than that, no instructions on checking in. Upon phoning the owner, we were told our keys are in a black box with a code. It would be good if this has been specified in advance. The lock to our apartment was a bit tricky and old. It also would be good to have additional information in the Booking offer that facilities such as the spa are closed at the time we were going.
