• Katarzyna (4/5): - Amazing location and very helpful owner, explained everything about checking in all the details. Making it less stressful by checking in part. We hardly stayed in the apartment as we were out exploring most of the time and we didn't cook or eat there which I guess made it easier to stay there. The apartment was not cleaned enough. And I don't mean just dust but a dirty razor blade in the bathroom, used black sock in the bedroom.... and I know we could have reported this or let the owner know but this is very impractical when you are on a tight schedule with what you want to do. Etc. Also something I guess that can't be controlled but the smell of cannabis as soon as you open the windows is very disturbing.

• Svitlana (10/5): В апартаментах есть все необходимое. - Ключи нам передал продавец магазине который находится на первом этаже. Мы прилетели в 9:00, приветлевая хозяйка Эмма позволила нам заселиться рано, уже в 10:00 мы были в апартаментах. Раннее заселение было без доплаты! Нам было очень приятен такой бонус от Эммы. Мы не потеряли первый день отдыха. Также у нас был вылет обратно в 22:00, хозяйка разрешила нам остаться в номере до вечера. Поэтому благодаря Эмме у нас последний день также прошел прекрасно. Ранее заселение и позднее выселение - без доплат, супер спасибо. Очень благодарны Эмме. Также на первом этаже был отличный магазин, в котором рускоговорящие хозяева. У них есть ВСЕ! Прекрасные овощи и фрукты, настоящие, ароматные и не дорогие. Автобусная становка в обе стороны расположены прямо перед входом в здание.

• Igor (6/5): Aceptable. - La ubicación y la vista son privilegiadas. Encontramos el apartamento con mucho polvo lo que nos produjo alergia. La habitación es muy oscura y pequeña. La ducha no tenía donde sujetarse.
• Jovy (10/5): - My family like the place verry quite peaceful apart from that the view was verry relaxing, the overlooking view of the beach the apartment is clean verry recomended for. Vacation its also near in the city of alicante, nextyear we will be book that place again.... Im inlove withe view the girl who gave us they key (eva) is verry nice and friendly.... Im definitely recomend to my friends and family also. Thank you verry much
• Meryem (7/5): Emplacement bien, hôte très sympa mais pas confortable - Eva était très gentille et l appartement était très bien situé Le lit n’était pas confortable du tout! On a eu très mal à dos chaque matin en se levant et on dormait mal puisque le lit faisait du bruit dès qu’on bougeait . Les chaises de la salle à manger n’étaient pas confortable également et on manquait de serviette de bain surtout qu on a pas pu utiliser le lave linge

• Belianskyi (10/5): Amazing apartments for such price - The owner is very nice! Those apartments were great! They were clean, and you could use a lot of supplies(all was working). The location is really perfect! It takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach. The wiev out of the windows was breathtaking: you could see the sea and part of the town. None. Everything was great.
• Bernie (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid - We paid for 10 days in this property, however there were 2 break in (burglary attempts) on saturday 21 sep and Friday 27 sep, so we had to leave 4 days early as did not feel safe. We were assured we would be refunded for the 4 nights by Eva (owner?) but did not provide a refund when booking.com requested it. It was a very scary experience and an added expense to pay for a hotel for the remainder of our stay - would not recommend this apartment to anyone. When we booked the property I was messaging a lady called Eva on booking.com who provided her WhatsApp number, on the day we arrived, she changed her number…when I tried to complain she gave me another number for the ‘owner’ who never replied to any messages…Eva assured me of a refund after 2 burglary attempts but then didn’t reply to my messages, when I had left Spain.

• Nic (8/5): Great price for a centrally located apartment - Location was about two miles from the central area. But is a half hour walk or three stops on the tram which is a five minute walk away. It's beach front location is superb and is in a great area. There was no wifi, which meant I used up more data than I would have liked. If I was to stay here again, I would insist upon wifi being installed. The owner said he had arranged for wifi to installed during my stay, but apparently there was a technical issue which meant it couldn't happen on this occasion. I am a regular visitor to Alicante and would stay here again, but only if wifi was installed. Also be careful of the windows which open fully in this 11th floor apartment. If you are a bit off with heights just be careful. The window height is about 1.2m from the ground and externs to about 2m high. So be careful.
