• Marianna (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso ❤️ - Siamo venuti qui già l’anno scorso, dopo un anno siamo ritornati ed è stato tutto perfetto come un anno fa. La struttura è stata ristrutturata e mantenuta in ottimo stato, i letti sempre comodi, parcheggio custodito, riscaldamenti ottimi , check in facile con Oreste che ci ha accolto in struttura. Ritorneremo sicuramente qui appena ne avremo la possibilità. Nulla

• Susy (10/5): Tutto eccellente - Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio a Napoli e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e accogliente, con ambienti luminosi che mettono subito a proprio agio. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la città: a pochi passi dai principali punti di interesse e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti a fornire suggerimenti utili su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. È raro trovare un’ospitalità così autentica! Il mio soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole: silenzio, comfort e quella tipica atmosfera napoletana fatta di calore e cordialità. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazioni a chiunque voglia vivere Napoli al meglio!

• Auxilia (10/5): Magnifica esperienza Napoletana - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento in centro città, a due passi dallo Stadio Maradona e dalla Mostra D'oltremare, vicino le stazioni principali delle metropolitane, comodo per chi vuole visitare il centro storico, e posso sinceramente affermare che è un luogo dove ci si sente coccolati dal primo momento in cui si varca la soglia. L’accoglienza calorosa di Oreste del suo staff è qualcosa di davvero speciale. Sono sempre disponibili e pronti a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente, dimostrando un'attenzione al cliente che fa la differenza. L'appartamento è dotato di cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata che rende l'ambiente fresco e confortevole, le camere ampie e luminose sono dotate di mappe della città, un'ottima risorsa per orientarsi e scoprire i tesori di Napoli. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto i piccoli omaggi in cucina: pasta, pomodoro, biscotti e merende, che sono un esempio dell’autentica ospitalità napoletana. Questi dettagli non solo arricchiscono l'esperienza degli ospiti, ma rappresentano anche il calore e la generosità del popolo napoletano. Infine avevamo a disposizione un comodo parcheggio auto privato custodito, che è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. • Florence (10/5): Very good place to stay around Napoli - What didn't I like about this property? This was the perfect stay. Oreste was very helpful and assisted me with so much care from check-in, to laundry and helped me with parking and luggage. The room was large and bright with a balcony. I loved the place and how much space it had, there was a fully equipped kitchen and coffee available. The neighborhood is good, I was alone and it was safe to walk at night. The best pizzeria is Naples pizza, without a doubt. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away. I recommend coming here to visit Naples
• Angela (1/5): not trusting advertising via bookins.com again - there was nothing to like, the advertisement was very misleading. There was nothing as advertised, I paid for 2 apartments, the 1st one advitised, an elevator to the 2nd floor, a dishwasher, kettle, a sea view, 2 bedrooms plus a sitting room with a sofa bed and a sauna. There was none of the above, 1 bedrooms and sofa bed in the sitting room. The 2nd appartment I paid for also advertised all of the above and had nothing, it also was supposed to be self contained. I believed the total together may have been the 2 bedroom appartment, less everything that they advertised. So I paid for 2 fully self contained appartment and got 1 without the advertised contents. I'm putting in a formal complaint for paying and not receiving. Also, I should be refunded for misleading information. Ive got photos of the interia to show you what was in the appartment and what wasn't. The misleading advertising that came via bookings.com.

• Lina (9/5): Nice appartment with private parking - The host was very helpful and welcoming, he helped with every request. Modern and nice appartment. Aircondition in both rooms was perfect. Private parking included is top notch in Naples. Not a big deal, but city centre was to far away too walk. We needed a ride or public transportation.
• Dorothy (10/5): Friendly, polite, and welcoming atmosphere! - We had a fantastic napoletain holiday. The apartment was spacious and clean, as well as equipped. Fully equiped with coffe, milk in the fridge, sweet snacks, jam, sparkilng and natural water, juice, spaghetti, tomato sauce, oil. When something was lacking all you had to do was to let the owner know via whatsapp and he would let somone bring it to your room. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great quality/price value.
• Lian (10/5): Comfortable apartment and very attentive hosts - We had a nice, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Very nice place near the subway restaurants and shop. The owners are very friedly and helpful with active communication if everything is well or needed. He always was ready to help and answer our questions, even quite late Satureday evening . He contacted us every mornig and asked if everything is OK or whether we have any wishes. I did not expect such a care. Thank you Oreste. I enjoy each moment we spend in Napoli and hope come beck there once.
• Yue (9/5): Host and room is very good I love everything , only the bus take too long to wait - Host is very friendly, he responded me very fast and helped me lots, always checking I’m okay as first time in Naples. Checking is smooth, bedroom and bathroom is exactly clean and comfortable! And I didn’t expect there’s a balcony there you can smoke, privacy is also very good. I lost my luggage in Naples airport, he did everything he could to help me. Only the location of accommodation is bit not very pleasant, the Italian transportation is not clear for traveler. I would recommend the hostel for long term traveler.

• Kimberly (9/5): Best host ever - Probably the best host I've ever seen. Every day he made sure we had everything we needed and said he was there for anything needed. Also, the free private parking was very important to us, as was the free laundry (although it's polite to tip the person doing the work). Whatever we asked for was provided, taken care of or brought to the room. The rooms are really decent and decently furnished. The center can be reached in a very short time. 9/10
• James (10/5): Great hospitality - Great stay, the hosts were very kind and helpful, the apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, 2 TVs in the apartment with Netflix and disney +, the center is very close, you can reach it in 4 minutes by bus (612) which passes right in front of the house or with the subway 5 minutes away on foot, to reach the center on foot it takes about 15/20 minutes. Lots of shops around, excellent ice cream. I can highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back :)
• Rachel (10/5): A 5 stars location to stay and discover Napoli - Nice and clean property with very good connectivity. Walking distance from Mostra d'Oltremare and the Napoli stadium. Good connectivity of bus/metro to both the town and city centre. Some very good restaurants, food chains and convenience stores available in the vicinity. Oreste was very helpful and always available for any help if needed.

The services were top notch. Great location, lively neighborhood, close to metro and central station. The host very friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed.
• Steve (9/5): Very comfortable - Excellent general organization, comfortable rooms with a large external balcony where you can have breakfast and sunbathe, excellent position for reaching the historic center and the stadium. We will be returning here in the future

• Will (10/5): Exceptional apartment - My wife and I had a great time, the owner welcomed us and showed us where to park the car. The house is very clean and large, the neighborhood is quiet and central for sightseeing
• Charles (8/5): Great apartment, excellent location for going to a match - I was going to a match at the Stadio Diego Maradona, so the location was perfect for that. The staff were super friendly, the appartamento was clean and the shower was excellent (always important for me 😁). It's obviously a personal opinion, and will be different for everyone, but the bed was too soft. The location isn't great for nightlife/restaurants (although, maybe I just couldn't find any.
• Polina (10/5): Very clean, beautiful, big flat with private parking, in a very comfortable location. - The hosts were very nice, gentle and helpful!! They met us, showed the room, facilities, helped us to park the car. The flat was very clean, big and comfortable with a nice kitchen, big bedroom with a comfortable bed, balconies where you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the view. Supermarkets and bars can be easily found nearby. Everything was even better than we expected! Definitely will return again! Also, the hosts accepted our cat which was super nice of them!(10 eu payment applicable for domestic animals) Everything was good, thank you:)
