No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being canceled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night. Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time. Maximum Number of Guests: No more than the number of guests you have booked for may be at the property at any time. Parking: Please only park in designated spots. Please do not block driveways Security: Please ensure the property is fully secured when not at the home and upon check out. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The host charges this before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit should be reimbursed in full on check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Cecilia (4/5): Misleading and uncomfortable - The views of the Front porch and back porch . Located side of the house windows on the front porch of the main house door backs onto the back veranda, siding door does not lock can’t leave windows open without bugs getting in you need to lock all windows.

ingrid (6/5): Only stayed for 3 nights and were close to friends in a house, if we were to stay longer we would need a bigger place. - Very convenient location and beautiful green surrounds, very quiet. Compfy bed and very clean but small unit The bathroom was tiny and the bathroom sink ridiculous. We brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink. It would have been nice to have 2 breakfast bowls rather then one and maybe a hotplate to cook on.
Fiona (9/5): The studio was perfect for our short 5 night stay. - The location,the privacy,the fragrant garden,the beach towels,the complimentary wine and chocolate…what’s not to like?? The only negative for me was the difficulty in closing the drapes.
Rhonda (10/5): Lovely experience---We would return - It is very peaceful at the property and surrounding area. The beach is a lovely 10-15 minute walk through nature (public path and then a reserve). The studio itself is really well set up and very comfortable. Most important it is very well managed with quick responses to questions and needs.

Lois (8/5): Found something to do every day, you needed a car though. - N/A The first lot of towels, too thin, first shower after wiping yourself towels soaking wet. Had to ask for more towels, much thicker. That may sound trivial.
