Giusto per 2 persone (per 4 lo vedrei disagevole). Arredamento recente. Completo degli accessori per la pulizia personale, cambio asciugamani quotidiano se necessario. Colazione buonissima inclusa in bar vicino. Unica nota negativa lieve disattenzione nella pulizia del bagno al nostro arrivo e briciole dei precedenti clienti sul tavolo della cucina .

• Tammy (8/5): Comfortable clean good stay for a few days - Interior of the property was fine for a short stay the bathroom was very nice The shower was excellent plenty of very nice soap and shower products and fresh towels daily constant hot water the interior was furnished high speck throughout and the space to hand clothes was fine the bed was so comfortable and the pillows and bedding many thanks The location was quite hard to find on arrival late in the evening for all the WhatsApp instructions as the taxis can’t enter the area especially in the dark then getting in the building every time you enter not straight forward access and a smell of food frying from the restaurant underneath not for me many thanks
• Mateja (10/5): Odlicno iskustvo u srcu starog Napulja - Sve je bilo odlicno! Odusevljeni smo s bili s apartmanom. Pozicija je super, u samom centru. Apartman ima stvarno sve sto vam treba, kapsule kave i keksici koji se svaki dan nadopounjuju, ciste rucnike i dovoljan broj istih, gel za tusiranje, sapun za ruke, mikrovalnu, indukcijsku plocu, frizider i 2 vrste jastuka za biranje. Krevet je jako uredan. Cistoca je na stvarno na vrlo visokoj razini, svaki dan se posprema i slaze krevet. Kupaonica je veca od moje doma. Sve je novo renovirano. Vlasnik je stvarno ljubazan, docekao nas je na vrijeme. Dorucak se dobije u kaficu koji je udaljen 50m od apartmana. Bas sve je za defitinivnu preporuku i cistu desetku!

A lot of nice restaurants on the street - no need to go far from accomodation. Nice view to the Church from the balkony! Shower set is nice. The owner is very kind and hostpitable person. Towels were not clean but the host changed ones in the same day.

• Patrick Bastar (9/5): Great room in Naples old town - Fantastic location - right in the middle of the old town! Everything nearby, including restaurants, shops, museums and other tourist places. Even possible to walk to the ferry terminal (quite a walk) rather than taking a taxi which can take forever due to traffic. To access the building, you go through a large door from the street, with a code. Then take a small elevator from the courtyard to the 4th floor, then get into the property: a hallway with several rooms, all very nicely updated. Our room looked over the street, but we could not hear any noise thanks to the excellent new windows. The beds were comfortable - 1 large one, one "sofa-chair" that turned into a twin bed. The bathroom was nice, except that when we took a shower, the floor got really wet, so don't forget to put the floor mat there first! All very clean and modern. AC too, very quiet - awesome! With the door at the street, the elevator (need a fob to operate), and the doors into the property and the room, we felt very safe. The host, Rafael, was great too, making sure that we had everything we needed - a gem! There is a disadvantage to being "in" the old town - no bus, and taxis don't get in, so they drop you at the "closest point", which means that you have to carry/drag your luggage in the small street with cobblestones and dodge the tourists, scooters, and small vehicles (delivery, garbage). Not a problem for us (in fact, we loved the experience right off the plane!!, but some travelers might object to it.) Also, breakfast was included, but it was very minimal: at a cafe down just a few doors down the street, just one coffee and one pastry or pizzette; however, the cafe is not expensive, so you can buy more.

• Lixia (10/5): 非常满意的住宿，让我舍不得离开。 - 住宿非常干净。虽然在历史悠久的街区，但是设施都很现代。吹风机、咖啡机、烧水壶、冰箱、和保险柜都可以正常使用，非常好！早餐是在临近的咖啡店，我选了卡布奇诺和一个可颂。咖啡很美味，我甚至又买了两包当作纪念品。浴室很大很宽敞，配备了二合一（洗发水沐浴露）还有毛巾。。 洗手池的水龙头有点硬，会发出一点声音，但完全不影响使用。浴室只有三面有围挡，会溅出一些水，但稍微注意些就好了。

Everything was right outside your front door! Small elevator that worked well. The apartment seemed very much like an authentic Napoli home. Interesting building. I am in a wheelchair so the elevator was a little small for me but we made it work. Not a problem for most all people.

Rafaelo couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us information about walking routes and the nearest taxi rank and arranged a way for us to leave our bags securely to accommodate a flight home late in the day. Really good value.

The locks are difficult to work and the elevator apparently didn’t work. The host was not very accommodating as we were trying to work the elevator and all he told us is that it was “broken”.

• ANTONIO (4/5): - Well located and the room was clean Very small for 3 ppl not recommended for 3 adults... the 2nd bed is in reality a one person sofa-bed (for a thin/small person, you can see the picture of the sofa in the description..that is the bed.)..is more a punition for the person that has to sleep there.....also When we arrived the elevator was not working (4 floors to go up...) it was repaired on the 2nd day as it was the weekend..it can happen..however dont expect a new/renewed building..The breakfast is awfull... not worthy...we went on the first day and the rest of the days we prefered to find a fresh bread elsewhere... they also reccomend a parking which was veerry difficult to access...we managed to find another elsewhere....have mix feelings as I said above it was clean...i think for a couple a night or max 2 is enough ....but never 3 adults...anyway for the price I would go elsewhere definitely...sorry ..

Belles chambres (4 chambres dans ce bed and b.. privilégiez les chambres triples, spacieuses et très claires, avec balcon. La chambre de 2 personnes est vraiment petite !! L'emplacement est top, pleine vieille ville. Un peu compliqué quand vous arrivez ; bien sûr pas de réception. Si vous arrivez tôt le matin et voulez juste déposer vos bagages, pas possible avant 10 h. Une fois la personne présente, tout se passe très bien. Le petit déjeuné compris : en fait, un ticket pour une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie, dans un bar de la rue. Très peu de tables, et un personnel peu aimable. Pas terrible.

• Patricia (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely B&B and highly recommend it. - Excellent location right in the historic district with a view from our room's little balcony of the bustling street below, but very quiet in the room. Super responsive host has a lovely shop we visited on nearby Christmas Alley. Our room was more than big enough for three adults and had everything we needed including a very nice bathroom with plentiful towels and toiletries. Air conditioning was especially welcome, as was the elevator to the 4th floor. The espresso machine and cookies were a plus. Cute cafe just down the street for the included breakfast, with tables on the sidewalk, excellent cappuccino and pastries, and friendly staff. Should have taken a taxi from the airport instead of bus and walking as we got a mini tour from the taxi driver on the way home with sightseeing details that would have been handy during our stay!
• Seojin04 (10/5): Wonderful stay in Naples - The host is really friendly and helps you to check in smoothly and gives information on visiting the sights of Naples. The place is really well secured with locks throughout the apartment building and the room is very clean and modestly designed. The location is also very prime in the city centre. The café down the road for free breakfast makes really great coffee and the restaurant on the first floor also gives you 10 percent discount! The sofa bed may be too soft for some but the size is big enough for two people.

When we entered our room we couldn't believe how modern and clean it was (compared to the outside of the building - but that is what I loved about where we stayed). There was great communication with our host who helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Big bonus is there is a lift :). So many restaurants, shopping and bars right outside. Loved it, only disappointment was we didn't stay longer.

Taxi service from airport made first day very easy with chance to get our bearings. There was nothing that we found we could not take on board and enable us to enjoy the experience. Our host was extremely attentive and helpful and the hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. • Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Very central in the middle of the old town. Renovated facilities inside, everything worked perfectly. Our room was same like in the pictures. Very clean with cleaning service and the towels were changed and new toiletries every day. Safety deposit box in the room. We had a fridge with welcoming water, a coffee machine and kettle in the room as well as coffee pads and tea bags and sugar. Just like in a hotel. I shouldn't forget to mention the very comfortable bed (mattress)and pillows! The only thing what is missing is slippers. :) The owner is a very nice person, he allowed us later check in than the allowed hours. He waited for us and he even arranged airport shuttle for a very good price. For the women's day a flower was left in the room as we came back in the evening. Very attentive owner! • Richard (8/5): Old Town Naples accommodations - It was definitely in the heart of Old Town Naples with good walking access to many sites within 5-15 minutes. The rooms are well-appointed and nice. The host spoke only Italian, but used her phone to translate, which worked easily. She was very accomodating. Breakfast was a coupon for any coffee and a pastry from a small shop about 20 meters walk from the place. The biggest drawback is having to walk over cobblestones about 70-80 meters to get to the place (because of narrow streets, taxis cannot get any closer), which is behind a grafitti-laden metal door which leads to a courtyard and 5-story elevator which holds only 2 persons. (Btw...the whole city is one gigantic canvas of grafitti, so don't let the prior comment dissuade you from booking if you want to be in the heart of Old Town Naples.)

• Birsan (8/5): Thank you. - Lui is great, helped us to find the best local restaurants and kept us away from touristic ones as we required. Hotel's location is great but in the middle of a very narrow and busy road so you need to secure your car in a safe parking garage first. Then walk to the location. It is a very old apartment building's top floor so you need to use a private key to get on an old elevator. Key is provided by the owner and easy enough to use. We actually liked it but wanted to give this as a side information for people can have a better idea.

• Lorenz (8/5): The apartment is beautifully renovated, centrally located yet quiet, and the friendly host made our stay very enjoyable. - The apartment is located right in the heart of the historic center, offering a very central location. Despite being close to the busy streets, it’s tucked away in a courtyard, so noise isn’t an issue. The apartment has been fully renovated and is beautifully furnished. The host was friendly and provided helpful tips. You can't drive directly to the apartment, but the host offers airport pick-up for a very fair price. I highly recommend taking this option since there is no Uber available, and taxi drivers may overcharge. The apartment consists of several smaller rooms, and it’s quite noisy; you can hear people talking in other rooms, and the toilet flushes are loud. Our windows were darkened with louvered blinds that still let some sunlight in. If that's not a problem, you'll have a pleasant stay here.

• Vickie (8/5): Enjoyed the stay , but probably not book again because of taxi access - Clean, great air conditioner, friendly host The location is on a street with no access by taxi. Makes it very hard to get to with luggage
• Scott (7/5): Good location and accommodation. Bit tight on breakfast but not a big issue. - The location was excellent. Very central but still quiet when in the room which was good. The bed was comfortable and the owner was a good communicator. He does communicate in Italian though. Wasn't an issue with Google translate. I felt that the price was reasonable but the owner should not be so restrictive on coffees and breakfast. If you wanted a second coffee before leaving bed, you couldn't. Only enough pods for one coffee each in the morning was provided. Breakfast was served at a local cafe which was lovely. The drinks menu was good but only the basic drinks were covered by the voucher. One drink, one pastry. Felt a bit tight.

He answered promptly, gave us excellent food recommendations and found us a last minute driver when we were worried about making our tour. Place was clean, comfortable and the shower was also really good The street it was on was very busy but the noise did not travel to the rooms.

Friendly helpful staff and the little cafe for breakfast was fabulous! We would stay here again. The only bad thing was that it was difficult to find at night when we first arrived, but the staff were super helpful in locating us and checking us in late
