- Enrique (8/5): - Lo mejor es la vista que tiene el hotel!! El desayuno muy sabroso y las instalaciones bonitas. A pesar que el hotel queda un poco retirado de la avenida, se siente mucho el ruido de los carros. El baño no soltaba bien, no había fuerza. El baño era estrecho y para cerrar la puerta tocaba hacerse a un lado y pasaba justa.

- Clavijo (10/5): Excelente lugar, volveré. - El lugar es muy campestre apenas para conectar un poco con la naturaleza, el canto de las aves en la mañana es lo que más nos gustó, las habitaciones muy cómodas, bonitas y limpias, perfecto para descansar, adicional el restaurante está muy bien, no necesitas salir a la ciudad para comprar algo de comida o bebidas. Creo que hace falta un aire acondicionado (aunque teníamos ventilador) y un TV.

- Fredy Jhovanny (9/5): - la naturaleza, la tranquilidad, bastantes espacios verdes y de descanso y entretenimiento apropiadas para tener bonitas fotografias y recuerdos, vistas de la ciudad, la arquitectura quimbaya y el trabajo en metal y madera son espectaculares, el sonido de las aves. Buen y delicioso desayuno. Nos tocó la pisicina sucia y reposada, deberian limpiarla a diario y poner a funcionar la bomba de recirculacion, no dieron ganas de disfrutarla, en mi habitacion se alcanzaba a escuchar tarde de la noche lo que hacian otras parejas que se creian que estaban en un motel, deberian regular el sonido tarde de la noche en las politicas al ingreso para respetar el descanso de las demas personas. Actualizar el horario de checkout de booking con el real del hotel, casi me cobran una hora adicional, la persona que atendió el checkin no socializo las politicas y horarios y nos confiamos de booking.
- Henao (6/5): Linda habitación, pero bastante costosa la estadía para estar tan descuidado, mala experiencia. - El lugar tiene fácil acceso, la habitación en la que nos quedamos se veía bastante bien, el servicio de las personas estuvo agradable. Las zonas comunes tienen bastante oportunidad, les falta mantenimiento a áreas como la piscina (no estaba limpia, ni con agua fresca y todos los filtros de la piscina estaban sucios como si no tuviera un mantenimiento seguido), zonas con sillas desgastadas, y lugares que se notaban desordenados y abandonados. Desafortunadamente, tuvimos la pérdida de un regalo que llevamos, lo que deja mucho que pensar. Bastante costoso para lo que realmente es. Solicitan adelanto por consignación antes de ir al lugar, algo que no es común y no genera confianza al cliente.

El baño no tenía papel higiénico,quitan el agua caliente en las noches,pero lo que más me molestó,fue la actitud del administrador,pareció no importarle. Ni una disculpa hubo,ante tantas fallas Realmente decepcionante.

- Begoña (8/5): - Está situado en una colina con vistas a Pereira. Es tranquilo y está cerca del aeropuerto. No dan de cenar pero nos facilitaron comida a domicilio. El desayuno en el exterior te da mucha paz y tranquilidad. La decoración de las habitaciones es rustica y con encanto. Nos facilitaron un secador de pelo. Deberían de revisar las cerraduras de puertas y ventanas porque tuvimos problemas en una de las habitaciones. Los baños están muy bonitos pero en uno de ellos el lavabo era desproporcionado, no muy práctico. Echamos en falta un caminito por donde poder arrastrar las maletas desde el parking hacia las estancias del hotel, era un camino de piedras.

Room was very simple but it was enough when we spend there just one night. Maybe to have fridge next to your head in the bed wasnt so comfortable.

It’s a very lush and tranquil place, and there’s several places on the property to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Daily breakfast was delicious. Jose, his family, and staff were very hospitable and amazing hosts!! The bed was a bit stiff for my liking, but it didn’t stop me from getting a great nights rest.
- Aj (8/5): Very good - The mix between modern & rustic room design was wonderful, pleasant for the view,. There are various spots where you can sit and relax and enjoy enjoy the the view that is amazing and in general is a very nice hotel. The soap smells delicious. And the breakfast was very good. The doors have wide gaps on top and bottom and this allows some outer noise inside the room. Our room was on top of the reception and unfortunately you can hear people chattering as soon as they arrive, also, if you have a noisy neighbor as I had, you will be able to hear their muffled conversations. The mattress was a little stiff and has some plastic underneath that might be uncomfortable for some.

We needed to find a taxi and finally they proposed a person that was moving us whenever we wanted all day long for a very good price. Some accommodations are very original ! Some rooms are with a lot of lights from outside. The orientation is not very optimum.
