Nous avons été prévenus que la rue n'était pas accessible mais pas qu'il y avait des travaux dès 7h30 le matin. Ce qui a bien sûr apporté de la poussière dans les pièces. La propreté de la cuisine commune et de notre douche laissait à désirer. Nous avons aussi du faire la vaisselle d'autres locataires partis, de plus sans eau chaude.

- Tomasz (1/5): Tragedia, odradzam !!! - Pokój i kontakt z właścicielem tragiczny. Po przyjeździe na miejsce okazało się, że pościel jest brudna. Na zwrócenie właściciel zareagował wiadomością, żeby się nie przejmować. W budynku śmierdzi pleśnią, lodówka brudna, łazienka dramat. Woda z prysznica wylewała się aż do pokoju przez zapchany zlew. Ten pokój to nieporozumienie!!! Szkoda, że nie można dać opinii zero. Uciekliśmy stamtąd po pierwszej nocy. Przyjazd był późno. Rano znaleźliśmy godne warunki. Ten pokój i właściciel to skandal! Odradzam !!! Szkoda wakacji i nerwów. Pierwszy raz spotykam się z takim chamstwem i syfem. Dziura w sypialni w podłodze tak wielka, że można wejść w nią całą stopą. Drzwi i okna nieszczelne, słychać głośno auta. W jadalni krzesło było połamane. Zlikwidować dziurę w podłodze, umyć lodówkę, wyczyścić łazienkę i zmienić pościel,

There is construction going on right outside the entrance, so getting in and out is pretty inconvenient. Workers start as early as 7:30 AM, and it gets really noisy in the morning. Because of the storm, the room was quite cold, and the bedding felt damp, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also, the door lock was broken and couldn’t be properly closed, which didn’t feel safe.

- Gabriel (1/5): Ce passage écourté dans cet hébergement nous a quelque peu gâché notre fin de voyage à Ténérife - Pas de petit déjeuner. Aucune place de parking. Photos non conformes à la réalité. Verres sales. Aucun équipement pour prendre le petit déjeuner. literie en mauvais état.Trou dans le plancher. Salle de bain minuscule avec WC et lavabo : l'eau ruisselle vers l'extérieur. Pas de fenêtres derrière les volets fermés! cuisine plus que rudimentaire : 1 réchaud camping et équipements minables. nous sommes partis au bout d'une nuitée sur deux et avons du retrouver un hébergement. Arrivés à 19h un couple d'espagnols nous ont aidé à récupérer le logement. Nous avons reçu le code de la box à 1 heure du matin.

- Maria Isabel (7/5): Sorprendente - Cama comoda, blanda , descansamos bien. Por que hemos visto de todo ya y no nos asombramos casi de nada pero..... Mucho polvo, telas de araña, el techo caían cositas, rustico si y bonito pero habría que poner algo en ese techo, no tienes para aparcar cerca, por la mañana nos damos cuenta que duermes directamente en el colchon sin el protector, tienes cocina pero no hay olla o sarten .

- Nina (7/5): Little House - La terraza es uno de los mejores lugares de este lugar, con vistas al teide y a la gomera. El espacio en la mini casita está muy bien, quizás agregaría alguna pequeña sarten para no tener que ir hasta la cocina y disfrutar mas del espacio propio. En la cocina habia cafe, te, sal, microondas, cocinita una mesa y 3 sillas. La cama era muy comoda. Los muebles eran muy viejos, estaban para reparar, no había vidrio de ventanas (lo cual hace el espacio más frío) El baño tiene una ventana sin vidrio tapada por un pulpo de peluche lo cual hace tu ducha un poco fresca, había shampoo y secador de pelo.

Sillä korkeudella on 3-5 astetta viileämpää kuin rannikolla. Joulukuussa öisin alle 15 astetta. Kaikkien huoneiden ovet ovat ulkotiloihin, eikä huoneissa ole lämmitystä.. Huone, wc ja kylpyhuone ovat liian kylmät joulukuussa iltaisin ja öisin. Nelson Mandela -huoneessa kulku omaan vessaan/kylpyhuoneeseen ulkokautta. Mandela-huoneessa ei juurikaan tilaa matkatavaroille. Itsepalvelukirjautuminen. Siivoamassa ollut henkilökunnan jäsen tervehti, muttei ottanut muuten kontaktia.

- Markus (6/5): War ok. - Sehr schön eingerichtet, wunderbar gelegen. Sehr charmant gestaltet. In der Küche steht bei Regen das Wasser auf dem Boden und es gibt keinen Wischmob. Ich musste die Geschirrtücher nehmen. Die Spüle in der Küche läuft nicht ab. Das WiFi ist nicht stark und funktionierte nicht in meinem Apartement. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist nicht so gut. Er weigert sich, einem bis ganz kurz vor der Ankunft, eine detaillierte Beschreibung zu schicken , wie man rein kommt zu geben. Das ist verunsichernd, wenn man individuell reist und man Sicherheit braucht, das alles gut ist. Fragen werden zwar schnell, aber sehr sehr kurz und nicht sehr freundlich beantwortet.

La petite cuisine partagée avec une petite table et 3 chaises... très juste pour le nombre de locataires possible (7 logements). Depending on your room, Gandhi room is next to the toilet with a very creaky door which people were using a lot throughout my first night stay. It will wake you every time and seriously disrupt your sleep.

- Jacek (2/5): Ostrożne z wyborem miejsca - Cicha, spokojna, mała kanaryjska miejscowość. W pobliżu bez kłopotu można było znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Warunki pobytowe niezgodnie z ofertą. Dodatkowo brak światła słonecznego w pokoju, co przy bardzo słabym oświetleniu powodowało nieprzyjemne uczucie. Zestawienie sprzętu kuchennego również pozostawiało wiele do życzenia.
