• Pauline (9/5): Loved it - The location was superb close to the sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. Tucked in a quiet lane so accommodation was quiet. Watch your head at the top of the stairs if you’re over 6ft tall

Risponde subito a qualsiasi domand - La posizione super centrale, il palazzo veramente carino e tranquillo, silenzioso nonostante sia a due passi da locali aperti fino a tardi. Molto pulito e con tutti i servizi a disposizione La camera da letto un po’ calda la notte per la posizione a soppalco. I limiti di tempo della caldaia per fare la doccia. Ma nulla di così fastidioso.

• Kathryn (8/5): Great location in the heart of the city - Excellent central location within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and La Giralda, with restaurants, cafés, and shops right outside the door. All major sights are accessible on foot. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment and building are very quiet, and the courtyard adds a nice touch. Well equipped for a comfortable short stay for one or two people. The self check-in process could be improved by sending all instructions, photos, and videos in advance. I had to wait outside briefly in poor weather while sorting access. Towels, pillows, and linens could use an upgrade, though the apartment otherwise provides the expected basic amenities.

• Angela (10/5): - Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit traditionellen Patios, genial gelegen mitten in Herzen Sevillas, das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, nur für Zwei-Meter-Männer die Schlafempore etwas niedrig ;) Die Kommunikation funktionierte hervorragend und war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Cheryl (4/5): I don’t recommend. - The only 2 good things were the location & the courtyard, but once you got into the room it was all down hill. Firstly, there is no personal contact with your host, even though they must be in the building to buzz you in. Rather than just giving you your room number & the pin # to access the key box, they send you a video to follow which is confusing because it is not a regular style apartment. We had difficulty trying to find the room & there was no way they were going to help us in person. The room was dark & dingy, & it needed a thorough deep cleaning. Brighter lights would have helped a lot, as there is very little natural light. Perhaps other rooms are better, but ours was terrible. My husband had a shower, but only got about 1 minute of hot water, not the 20 minutes we were told it would last. We were barely given enough toilet paper, so we had to ration it. The kitchen is poorly equipped. I definitely would not recommend this place. See my comments above.

• Jessica (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, so close to everything. The check in information/instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Some really good recommendations left in the room. Considering the very central location there was no street noise which is amazing! Tiny flaws - The bathroom light was difficult to find and stairs up to bedroom were a little sleep

• Pavlo (5/5): Passable - The location is good, the common area is beautiful. There is no internet, although it is written that there is. The bathroom extractor doesn't work. Everything is very old and untidy. The room is not comfortable.
