Marcela (10/5): Relax - A comfortable, clean, and pleasant room. It had air conditioning and basic amenities. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and attentive at all times. Thank you very much to the entire staff for your hospitality. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby. The pool was a great bonus—clean, refreshing, and equipped with lounge chairs for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Huone oli isompi kuin kuvittelin, ruuanlaitto mahdollisuus oli plussaa 👍🏻 Allas-osasto oli remontissa, sokkeloinen hotelli ilman hyviä opasteita. Sisäpiha remontissa (altaat). Olisin valinnut toisen hotellin jos olisin tiennyt remontista.

Isaac (9/5): - The location is good, easy to walk to the principal avenue. Many shops to find everything what you need. The facilities could be better. For example, we don't have a hair dryer, and the next day they explain that we can get one if we send a message directly to the manager. (Not available at reception)
Zakhar (7/5): Modern apartments with great service, but some issues with comfort - Interior & Amenities: The apartments are beautiful, with modern furniture and large, comfortable beds. There is a great terrace, a working AC, and a TV Safety & Grounds: The property is secure with 24/7 security and multiple entrances/exits. A lovely bonus for animal lovers — there are many friendly cats around the territory Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware; perfect for cooking Service: The administration was always reachable, spoke fluent English, and was very helpful with any requests Breakfast: Served daily and was quite decent. A big plus was the possibility to take it away in a lunch box Noise: The biggest downside was the very loud daily renovation work right behind the wall, which was quite disturbing. Pool: We specifically chose this place for the large pool, but unfortunately, it was under renovation. Only the small pool was available, and the water was quite cold. Plumbing: The bathroom needs attention — the faucet was loose, the shower head wouldn't stay fixed, and the water pressure was low (though hot water was always available). Wi-Fi: The connection was unstable and often worked poorly.

Отделно апартамента разполага с рутер и в стаите има интернет, което се оказва лукс за комплекса, понеже в самия хотел няма интернет и наши приятели бяха настанени в други две стаи без wifi От рецепцията не бяха подготвени за резервацията ни, дълго време не можеха да намерят собственика на апартамента и до последно ни се повтаряше, че нямаме стая. Общо взето настаняването ни отне над 4 часа, строшени нерви и много търпение

Było brudno, brakowało pościeli mimo że rezerwowaliśmy dla 5 osób, brak szamponu, woda z prysznica leciała bardzo słabo ledwo można było się spłukać, przy check in panowie w recepcji nie wiedzieli kim jesteśmy, czekaliśmy godz aż osoba która była odpowiedzialna za przekazanie nam kluczy się odezwie i łaskawie przyjedzie, naczynia i garnki były brudne w szafkach, w łazience brudno na ziemi.

Denilson (8/5): Very good - It is a new studio and everything works well. The staff is very reliable. They meet us late of night. The building is under construction. In the outside area there is a bit of noise and dust.

Κώτσης (7/5): Good - The room and the pool and the place where the apartment is Nobody speaks english so it is extremely difficult to communicate for basic things.
Kunal (6/5): Ideal for a few days but clarify check in - This apartment is a block of apartments owned by different people. Some seem to live there and others rent them out. The apartment was clean, a good size, had wi-fi which worked well. The block has a nice private outdoor area with large pool and deck chairs. There are security present which made the area feel secure. Only stayed here for one night before we moved to our planned resort. There are supermarkets across the road, one is 24/7 and takes card payments. Easy to get around with Uber and cheap. Big problem checking in; arrived around 11pm and the desk is manned security who speak limited English. They asked which apartment number we are here for which I was not informed off when booking, they then said they could not help us. Luckily we persisted and found a number on the booking, which security offered to call. Eventually they answered and came to let us in to the apartment. As above the apartments are owned by many different people. I had at the time of booking informed them of my arrival time, this didn't seem to make a difference. Check in was easy but arrange a time so they come to inspect the apartment/ hand keys over.
