- PANTELEIMON (10/5): Ιδανικό για εξερεύνηση της Αθήνας! - Άριστη τοποθεσία, σε αριστοκρατική συνοικία της Αθήνας, πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε δημόσια συγκοινωνία και πολλές επιλογές φαγητού, αγορών και διασκέδασης. Πολύ ήσυχο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, πολύ άνετο και μεγάλο, με άνετο στρώμα και θέρμανση-κλιματισμό σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Άνετο και καθαρό μπάνιο. Πολύ εύκολη και βοηθητική επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα! Ο χώρος του ντους θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερος.

- Martina (10/5): Gemütliche Wohnung in absolut sicherer Lage mit sehr zuverlässigem Vermieter - Das Apartment befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Wohnaus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in absolut sicherer Lage (Kolonaki), was mir als Alleinreisende besonders wichtig war. Der Vermieter Dimitris gibt von sich aus einige Zeit vor der Anreise benötigte Informationen zum check-in, den WIFI-Code, etc. Außerdem kann man von ihm Tipps für kleinere, typisch griechische Restaurants - ab vom main stream - bekommen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen, kann das 'Gesamtpaket' Wohnung und Vermieter sehr empfehlen und werde gerne wiederkommen! alles bestens

It’s furnished with more than you’d ever need – everything was functional and clean. Total peace and quiet in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

The Locals Apartment in Kolonaki suited our stay in Athens perfectly. It was conveniently located and was clean. A minute’s walk to the metro, walking distance to Syntagma Sq., the Plaka, museums and the upmarket coffees shops and restaurants of Kolonaki. Would I stay there again? Yes absolutely. It was extremely well located and represented excellent value for money. Nothing not to like.
