Luigi provided clear instructions regarding the apartment, and such helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing that we seamlessly fitted excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners around our activities. We had a great time and we would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.
• massey (8/5): A Little Gem by the Pantheon in Rome. - Our Host, Luigi was most informative and genuinely enthusiastic about his recommendations for both attractions and more importantly, restaurants. We were 150m from the Pantheon and had a 6th floor apartments in an old building with the usual creaky old lift, quaint actually, but saved our legs some late nights. Trevi fountain close too. Taxi stop around 200m away Luigi gave us a guide map and marked all his restaurant recommendations on this and descriptions of types of cuisine, from coffee shop, breakfast, to a fish restaurant owned by a fisherman that brought the day's catch in himself to Emma's Pizza...a must! Plus one of many great family run restaurants...superb. We liked the room. No real view, a little terrace to sit on, but just an inner view of the building...a place for a chill with early coffee or late beer or glass of wine or three. One drawback was having to walk through on bedroom to get to the other. We were two couples, but knew each other well enough not to bother about that, we were there for the rugby. Some might not be so comfortable. Great for a family group.

• marcelle (10/5): Home from - Above all else the host Luigi was amazing. He arranged our taxi transfer from the station, great communication in the running up to our stay and throughout. Luigi met us at the apartment with the keys. He was like meeting a distant cousin, showed us about the apartment then sat down with us giving recommendations based on his family’s preferred spots in the city from attractions to playparks and sunset spots along with great hints and tips. We literally followed his recommendations like an itinerary and were never disappointed. Apartment was like a home from home. Everything you could possibly need. The beds were the comfiest we experienced out of all our apartments between Venice to Naples. Apartment felt safe and secure and very close to may places we had arranged to visit. Would defo recommend and will be back in touch with Luigi when we decide to return to Rome. Can’t think of anything

• Theresa (10/5): Highly recommend, perfect location and incredibly helpful and responsive host - The location was perfect. Everywhere we went was walkable. If we took a cab we ended up walking back to the apartment. The host was AMAZING! He provided so many food and location recommendations. I came here feeling a little lost since this is a new place, immediately after getting the full rundown from Luigi I felt so much better about what to do and where to go. I highly recommend this stay. The only things I can think of that was missing were paper towels and tooth brush holder.

• Jon (10/5): Perfect stay—great apartment and an even better host! - We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment—my wife, our two daughters (ages 12 and 8), and I. The apartment is on the top floor of a beautifully located building, with an excellent elevator (though we often enjoyed taking the stairs down!). The space is perfectly set up, with comfortable beds and two bathrooms, each with fantastic water pressure and reliably hot showers. Also, it is incredibly quiet at night! But what truly sets this place apart is Luigi, the host. He is nothing short of exceptional—a true concierge for Rome. From incredible off-the-beaten-path restaurant suggestions to last-minute shopping help (he found me the perfect dress shirt in a pinch!), Luigi was always available, helpful, and welcoming. He arranged all of our transportation, greeted us warmly on arrival and departure, and encouraged us to reach out as often as needed. We absolutely loved this apartment and can’t wait to return on a future visit to Rome! Just have to be a little careful with the low ceilings in Certain parts of the house

The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the Pantheon, right in the heart of Rome's historic center. We could literally stroll out the door and be immersed in centuries of history within seconds. What really made it special, though, was how walkable everything was. Within a few minutes, we were sipping cappuccinos in charming piazzas, discovering hidden gelato spots, and enjoying unforgettable meals at local trattorias. Some of the best dining in Rome - from cozy family-run osterias to elegant rooftop restaurants - is just around the corner. Despite being so central, the apartment itself was a peaceful retreat. Elegant, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, it felt like a little slice of lxury in the middle of all the action. Whether you're here for the sights, the food, or the atmosphere, you honestly couldn't ask for a better location.
• Phil (10/5): A perfect family apartment in a prime location. - We were met by Luigi for check in who gave us a thorough briefing on his lovely appartment and use of appliances etc. He then sat for about 20-30 mins discussing touristic and dining options for us, so that we could make the best use of our time in Rome. He even left us a precis of the points we discussed, which will be handy for our next visit, as it is impossible to fit everything in. Luigi was one of the best hosts that I have had for many visits in Rome, great communication, before and during our visit, and very attentive to our needs if required. The location of the appartment is only 50 meters away from the Pantheon (my favourite place to sit in the late evenings), and quite central to most of the main tourist attractions. Leaving!

• Lee (10/5): Amazing location! Amazing apartment! Amazing host! - Location location !!! A++ This is the perfect place as it’s very centrally located to everything. The apartment was beautifully decorated and laid out. So clean and comfortable. Elevator too! My family and I were there for 3 nights. We took advantage of all that the area has to offer. And Taxi stand close by for any further places you may want to visit. And Luigi, the host was AMAZING! His communication was great from when I booked and through our stay. He has so much helpful information, amazing suggestions for coffee, gelato, restaurants, etc..he booked transportation for my family from the train station when we arrived from Florence and then to the airport when we left. He goes above and beyond and is an incredible host. Don’t look any further book it now. We will be back!

• Family (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Luigi’s apartment and feel very lucky it was available for our time in Rome. If it’s a - Luigi’s apartment is in a great location because it’s so central to everything and near shopping and many restaurants. We felt very safe there and let our teens walk around to shop and get gelato on their own. However, the best thing about the apartment is the host, Luigi. He was so helpful with recommendations and provided a list of his favorite restaurants and activities along with a coded map which I took with me everywhere. He’s such a great resource and so responsive! There’s not much to put in here, but if I had to say something, it would be that the showers are on the small side, but that’s because it’s a historic building in Europe. They just don’t make them as large as American showers, but I’ve had showers the same size in modern European hotels. It was very nice to have two bathrooms though so we didn’t have to share ours with our 3 kids.

Luigi’s restaurant re - Location was excellent just a 2 minute walk to the Pantheon, restaurants & shops. Every must-see in Rome is an easy stroll. Apartment is very quiet as it’s on the 6th floor. There is a lift if stairs are not an option. Lift area was small but this was not a problem for us.
• Terry (10/5): I woud rate this stay a 10 in all regards. - Luigi met us at the property to give us the keys and to store our luggage until check in time. The previous guests had checked out very early and the apartment was already cleaned so he let us check in early. luigi was the best host I have ever met. He suplied lists of great restaurants, nearby venders, sights , etc. He marked them all on a map of Rome. Great! We were family group of 6, and the apartment worked perfectly. I have been to Rome 5 times and this apartment was the most convientient place I have stayed.

• Tori (10/5): Best Location and Most Loviest Apartment close to Everything - Fantastic, fabulous! Luigi was AMAZING! Truly the kindest host! He had a map of Rome and a list of restaurants. He met us at the apartment and gave a thorough tour and loads of information about Rome and the best places to visit and eat. The place was wonderful! It was exceptionally hot in Rome and the AC was AWESOME! We had a group of six and everyone had a bed to sleep in. There was a washing machine and dryer. The elevator in the building was small but was great to send our luggage up. We would most definitely stay here again, mostly because Luigi was so great to work with and communication with him was great! The beds were comfortable and linens lovely! He left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Also, the location is great! It is just a few yards from the Pantheon and a couple of blocks from the Trevi Fountain. 10 out of 10 for this amazing apartment.

He was very thorough and passionate about helping visitors make the most of their time in Rome. The property is ideally situated in the heart of historic Rome. All the major sights are within a fairly short walk.

He is VERY accommodating and helpful and genuinely loves serving tourists. He even researched big man shoes for us! The kitchen is very well appointed with all the conveniences of home. I cooked dinner one night and breakfast several days. There is even a full size dishwasher. The coop is close by. Security is top notch - armed guard right outside for the federal buiding. 6th floor but that’s all part of the rooftop charm ! It’s a unique apartment. We alternated taking the steps vs elevator to work off the pasta and pizza.

There was even a police guard station that is manned 24 hrs a day directly in front of the front door. You are literally steps away from the Pantheon. Luigi was a wonderful host. He even helped us get documents delivered that were left behind by mistake to our next destination. Good air conditioning and lots of hot water and water pressure. • Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment near the Pantheon was amazing for my family (6). Location was perfect to see Rome. Luigi was an excellent host with recommendations, communication and helpfulness. He even helped arrange a ride to Termini train station for us and worked through the logistics of a marathon in city center to ensure we arrived on time. I would stay here again without looking anywhere else.
• William (10/5): Terrific host and great location - Quiet, Clean, and so close to Pantheon and S Maria Sopra Minerva church. Host suggested walking to St Peters, which we appreciated. In a very secure area, across the street from police station. Central city churches, sites, shopping and restaurants nearby. We had a full list of restaurant and grocery options within walking distance provided by Luigi, our host. While there's no way to meet every sleeper's needs, the mattress on our bed was not firm enough for me to rest comfortably. The apartment is on the top floor (elevator access) with ceiling beams that take some getting used to...
• Ludtke (10/5): Better than expected - Right in the heart of the city. One minute walk from the Pantheon, and seven minutes to the Trevi. Luigi was the best part of the entire property. He is the best host we have ever had hands-down. The entire family wanted to spend more time with him! Plenty of space to spread out and have separate beds. My kids fell in love with Rome and want to visit again but only if Luigi is our host. We hired a photographer Guido, that we booked through another app, and because we were so close to the Pantheon made it easy to meet him at 6:30 am. Amazing stay. Can’t wait to come back;-). Property was characterful and well maintained with everything you could need for a short stay. Bedroom layout was quirky with one leading off the other and ceiling is quite low in parts but all adds to the experience.

The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Luigi is an excellent host/property manager. He helped us booked our transportation from the airport as well when we went to Roma Termini. On our arrival, he was at the property to welcome us and helped us bring our luggages in the apartment using the lift. Luigi was an absolutely fantastic host having compiled a large list of restaurants and eateries and each that we tried was excellent. The beams in the rooms (kept hitting our heads or stooping over to avoid). Not sure why but there were no wash hand basin plugs? Also our friends felt their shower needed a non slip floor/mat in the bath. Also didn't realise we had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other 😊

Excellent !! - The location of the property was fantastic, right on top of the Pantheon, with shops, restaurants, bars all near by. The property was very spacious, exceptionally clean with everything we would need in an apartment. Luigi, the host, took considerable care to think of items that would be useful such as providing umbrellas and a selection of guide books. The property also had a spacious private balcony and a lift as the apartment was on the 6th floor. For us Luigi exceeded our expectations as a host, by providing in advance of our stay, a list of suggested restaurants, bars, coffee and sandwich shops. We made use of the list and Luigi also had taken time to note the locations of his suggestions on a map for us which was very useful. We were not disappointed with any of the suggestions. Luigi touched base with us during our stay to check all was okay. We would certainly recommend this apartment to friends if they were planning a trip to Rome. A big thank you to Luigi for making our stay so enjoyable. Nothing, we loved it.

• Stavros (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was amazing at great place next to Pantheon. Luigi was very helpful and gave us very good tips where to eat and go. Someday we tried to book a restaurant for dinner but they informed us that everything was reserved. We immediately asked Luigi to try to book us from the same restaurant and within three minutes he had booked us a table without any problems. I highly recommend this place.

Literally steps from Pantheon and area was quiet at night. Very secure as it was directly across from a guarded government building. Luigi was SO helpful with bookings for transportation, day trips, restaurant recommendations… everything!!! He was very responsive to our pre-trip questions and checked in with us often during our stay to make sure we were having a great time. I can’t imagine a better apartment or a better host. He went over all the aspects of the property and he gave us a detailed list of the restaurants, ATM and grocery store very near by. He arranged for our transportation to the airport and he also arranged for my daughter's transportation to the airport even though she was not staying at the property. He went above and beyond.
