• Jorge García (6/5): - Ubicación céntrica. Cambio de toallas todos los días. Aunque extremadamente pequeños, tiene dos baños que se agradecen. Ascensor. Completo de menaje. La insonorización no es buena, imposible dormir en el barrio en el que se encuentra. El barrio es peligroso.
• Shahid (4/5): Overall if you are travelling with kids and family my recommendation would be to avoid the place. - In terms of location it’s near Rome central station. Good public transport access. Area is not family friendly at night. A lot of pickpockets try to snatch your phone and personal belongings in evening and night time (be very careful if your flight is landing at night time) Apartment itself is spacious but one toilet had very bad smell (probably some plumbing issue) everything else is fine On our second day there was some incident in the building and there was blood all over the floor when we entered the building from main street, kids were terrified by the sight of blood. Later police and ambulance came to investigate the issue. On day three we went out and I checked the door 2 times if it’s locked or not and I am 100% positive it was locked but when we came back after a few hours the door for our apartment was wide open (luckily all my stuff money and passports were hidden so all safe) but it was a terrifying experience. Overall if you are travelling with kids and family my recommendation would be to avoid the place.
• Sifa (6/5): the apartments location was really nice and it was cleaned everyday. However one of the bathroom smelled so bad and the - the apartment was very close to the train station and bus stops. it was cleaned everyday. one of the bathrooms was completely unusable as it had a very bad smell

• Erica Vanessa (8/5): Muito boa tirando a falta de água que te do chuveiro. - O apto é mto bom, muito limpo, a localização é ótima. A única coisa que tive problema foi com o chuveiro. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e não dava para os 4 tomar banho quente. 2 pessoas tomava banho e já não tinha mais água quente. Mulher com cabelo longo lavar o cabelo é complicado, vai tomar banho frio. Isso realmente foi complicado. O apartamento é ótimo, adoramos, mas já vai sabendo que a água quente não dá para todo mundo. Do chuveiro. Na verdade de não ter água que te suficiente. Pleno inverno e a água fria. Estávamos em 4 pessoas (2 adultos, uma adolescente e uma criança) e não dava para os 4 tomar banho quente. 2 pessoas tomava banho e já não tinha mais água quente. Mulher com cabelo longo lavar o cabelo é complicado, vai tomar banho frio. Isso realmente foi complicado. Teve dia Sai tremendo do chuveiro pq a água esfriou e não esquentou mais. O apto é ótimo. Mas já vai sabendo que a água quente nao da para todos.

• fer gomez (5/5): Necesita mejorar para el precio que tiene - La situación en la ciudad. Y dos baños Un baño olía fatal. Llame al propietario y mandó un fontanero al día siguiente y mejoró. Mucho ruido por la ventana. Deberían de cambiarla por una que insonorize más desde la calle. Falta una lavadora. La ducha tenía el desagüe embellecedor con óxido.

• Ana (8/5): Good location - Good location if you’re traveling by train. Not the most typical or ideal italian location though. The appartment is spacious and has two toilets and two shower cabins. Feels safe. Elevator works great. Moka, electric kettle. coffee, sugar and tea provided. The room is above a very noisy street. The bed is comfortable, but absolutely too small and narrow to be called a double bed. Fortunately, the couch can be made as a bed and in the kitchen there is way less noise. Although sound proofing is basically nonexistant. There were no tea spoons in the kitchen. No broom to clean under the table. The bathrooms were once new, but now they are not anymore. They need some remodelling. It felt like the price is too high for this level of stay.

• Sarah (7/5): Central location, clean well equipped apartment but in a very busy area and a little noisy. - Central location, easy to find, helpful host, apartment clean and reasonably well equipped. About 20 minutes walk to main attractions. Plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes and very close to the train station. Quite a noisy area, with sirens, traffic and people outside. But I guess to be expected in a city centre. It’s a very busy area so as a result is pretty noisy all night. Aircon was a bit noisy too, perhaps needs a service.

• Zoltán (8/5): Ajánlom bárkinek. - A Termini környéke kicsit ijesztő, de ez minden ilyen nagyvárosban hasonló, viszont nagyon központi helyen van így sok látnivaló gyalogosan is elérhető. Eldugult csatorna, de azonnal intézkedett a bérbeadó.
• Blanca (9/5): Good and comfortable place for a family - Great facilities and very spacious. Cleaning service every day was appreciated. AC functioning very well for the summer and well isolated from noise from the street. Well connected location with multiple transportation options at your doorstep. Good value for money, in our opinion. Quality of the toiletries provided was not the best. Could be upgraded with a couple of extra small tables or luggage holders, as well as small amenities (tea, coffee, salt, pepper). It is hard to buy those in really small quantities for short visits.

Замечательная кухонная зона со всей необходимой посудой, удобная плита, вытяжка, холодильник. Две ванные комнаты, не мешали друг другу. Уборка каждый день, мы даже не ожидали. Меняли полотенца, постельное. Да, квартира не первой свежести, но санитарная чистота на должном уровне. Про расположение апартаментов только плюсы, вокзал, метро, центр, достопримечательности, магазины, кафе, рестораны! Все супер. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство! 🫶
• gaia (9/5): Convenient, nice and clean stay close to the train station. - Nice and clean little apartment with two bathrooms and daily cleaning service. Very close to the train station which was very convenient for us since we were transiting in Rome from the airport and were traveling with many luggages. There is also a wide offer of public transportation that takes you easily anywhere in the city. The owner is very nice and always available for any need. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very powerful and a little noisy…

• Xenia (6/5): Passable. - The host was very clear and polite with all the instructions regarding the doors and the key lock system, also it was very helpful that in the apartment we had a map and some guidance regarding places to visit and where to eat. We also liked that the apartment had 2 air conditions and 2 toilets. The apartment was dirty as the floor was to dusty, and had hair everywhere, for example we found hair in the toilet seat on the floor in the chairs and on the dining table. As a result i had to clean myself the toilet and the table also the floor and the kitchen. Additionally some insects were crawling on the wall and floor and a result my child had insect bites on his feet from the 2nd day. The water pressure of the shower was to low, and we couldn't sleep in the night and have proper rest because the beds were to hard, and the area to noisy. The amount of money that we paid for 4 nights was high for this conditions and the pictures of the apartment look better than in reality.

Showerheads are rusty and clogged with calcar. It was a nice place a long time ago, now it needs an overhaul. You can find way better options for the money.

• Sandra (9/5): Our stay was amazing—great location, family-friendly apartment, and everything exceeded our expectat - Before we arrived, the owner sent us all the directions on how to get to the apartment, including a video with clear instructions. The key system they have is safe and very easy to use. I traveled with my 6-year-old daughter, and the apartment was perfect for families with kids. The location is excellent, and everything was better than we expected. We didn’t know about the extra city tax payment, as we thought it was included in the price. However, the owner sent us a link to make the payment, which was helpful.

Amazing support rendered within minutes by a WhatsApp message to hotel front desk. Nothing to specify except slightly louder bedroom which is located towards road side of the apartment. Otherwise calm room on other side.

There is no safebox inside the apartment to keep important stuff in it. The area around Termini isnt the best .. but other than that nothing!

The location was perfect - in the center of the historic city, making it easy for us to explore Rome's major attractions such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Trevi Fountain, all of which were within short walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with marvelous views of the city from the window. Another advantage was the accessibility of transportation. The metro station was very close to the hotel, making it easy for us to go wherever we wanted in the city. Also, due to the proximity to the historic center, we could spend a lot of time walking through Rome's beautiful streets, exploring and enjoying the city's atmosphere. Overall, my visit to this hotel in Rome was an unforgettable experience. Its location and excellent services made our stay remarkable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel welcomed and enjoy a pleasant stay in the capital of Italy.
