• MIHAELA (9/5): - Hotelul si-a schimbat denumirea si se numeste Endican Sultanahment Hotel. Nu servesc mic dejun in locatie, dar sunt restaurante foarte aproape in care se poate lua micul dejun. Faptul ca nu am stiut ca s-a schimbat denumirea, prin urmare nu ne-a lasat taxiul la hotel, norocul nostru a fost ca era un hotel din apropriere cu denumire asemanatoare si am fost lasati acolo.

• Дерман (7/5): - Останавливалась с мамой в данном отеле в сентябре. Отель после ремонта и это огромный плюс - всё чисто и аккуратно. Понравилось наличие балкона. Сам номер небольшой, но это не критично. Расположение очень удобное, недалеко от трамвайной остановки, что очень важно. Поскольку завтраков в отеле нет, то это компенсируется тем, что рядом полно всяких кафе, а на противоположной стороне есть продуктовый магазин. Персонал очень приветливый После ремонта отель переименовали на Endican Sultanahmet hotel, а в Google maps осталось старое название Sultanahmet Newport hotel, поэтому пришлось долго искать данный отель. Больше нареканий не было

• Laura (9/5): fantastica posizione, camere confortanti e letti comodi. ci siamo goduti istambul durante il giorno e riposati in questo - posizione ottima, struttura pulita e staff cordiale. abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito sulla camera l’unica cosa, minima, che mi sento di dire è che purtroppo il balcone era tanto piccolo. è una piccola segnalazione che non ha recato alcun disturbo, solo la paura che i vestiti appesi cadessero 😂

• Craig (8/5): A good value hotel in a nice neighborhood. - A nice hotel in a good neighborhood. The room was very small, but there was a balcony. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. There was a hot water heater for coffee, but no breakfast. Very small room, no breakfast served.

• Divya (7/5): Okay for a solo traveller - The location is great and close to the Cemberlitas station. No breakfast is available at the hotel but there are enough restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The hotel is cheaper than the others in this area. No customer service, there is nobody to even help you with luggage. The room is tiny and cramped. I had to move the bed to get my suitcases to lie flat on the floor. They could made the patio smaller and the room bigger. No need to cram so many "Western facilities" into a room and bathroom where there is no space to move.

• Basel (1/5): The worst stay - Nothing.. The receptionist was not helpful at all. We have booked an economic double room however, we got a basement room, the receptionist said this was the room we booled through booking unlike the confirmations we got from booking also we searched on the website none of the options was for a basement room . The pictures on the website shows windows in the room , but in reality there was none. We had to stay in this smelly room and when opening the AC the sewage smell came out we couldn't breath. The name of the hotel was not the same as indicated on booking so we had to search in the street for a long time. Smelly room Not same as pictures Mean employees Cheating hotel

• Win (9/5): Value of money. - The location is very good near the tram T1 stop. You can walk to Topkapi Palace, St. Sofia, The Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet square just one tram stop. Near Grand Bazaar. Should provide breakfast.

Even he let us borrow the Istanbul card to take public transportation AC was not function during our stay (end of April), we were told because is still cold weather (10 degrees at night and 15 degrees during the day)

• Fifi (7/5): Name of the hotel changed! Not the same as in Booking - The location is superb, in the middle of the crowd. The hotel pictures are very old, we had a much more modern room. They maybe renovated the hotel. We couldn't find the hotel, because it has changed its name! We had to ask one by one if our name was in those hotel nearby the location given.

• Salah (10/5): Excellent Stay, Superb Staff, Clean, well furnished and quite rooms. - The location is Super near everything. Metro station is about 50m away that can bring you anywhere in Istanbul. The room was big and quite enough. Furniture and linen were very clean as New. Staff with cheerful face and professional attitude made everything easy during my short stay. I recommend anyone seeing my words to book with overthinking. Just, it would better if they will start providing in-house breakfast rather than going outside.
