• Pamela (9/5): Although disappointed about the bathroom situation, we enjoyed our stay. - The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and it was in a beautiful location. The listing specified 3 bathrooms which was the determinant for selecting this location. Upon arriving, we learned it was 2 1/2 bathrooms. When I inquired, I was told that the listing said “3 private bathrooms” meaning they weren’t shared, although it is typical to differentiate when the bathrooms are complete with shower/bathtub and when they only have a toilet.

Perfect location, a terrace with a wonderful view, ideal for 6 people. Excellent communication with the owners, via whatsapp. Totul perfect!

• Jasmine (7/5): Great place for family of 5 to stay for a few nights in Florence - The space was spread out, and the bathrooms/showers were very modern and beautiful. The couches/ living room furniture had a pet odor smell associated with it and the furniture was very low for adults to sit on. Additionally, there were no instructions from the property owners about how to use the appliances - specifically the clothes washer/dryer.
