• maria eugenia (1/5): Decepcionante - La madera es acogedora pero TODA la estancia en distintos tipos de madera resulta estar en un cajón. Vintage si pero trastos por todos lados molestan. Nos hicieron esperar en la acera porque no estaba listo. El trato lamentable. Dueña muy borde, altiva, prepotente y amargada. Entramos media hora más tarde y no había absolutamente nada de bienvenida, ni una botella de agua. Telarañas por todos los rincones y el techo. Lleno de mosquitos que no dejan descansar. Apartamentos abarrotado de cosas y muebles que no se puede transitar ni cocinar. Nevera que no enfría y no han sido capaces de arreglarla durante toda nuestra estancia. Sensación de estar en una cueva sin vistas a ninguna parte. Ducha pequeña, muy incómodo, cama dura. Conexión WiFi mala y tv por cable que fallaba constantemente imposible ver nada. Varias lámparas sin bombilla o que no funcionan, escalera enorme que conduce a ninguna parte ya que arriba no hay nada, una mesa y poco más. Fue como ir de aventura por el amazonas separando plantas para poder entrar luchando con mosquitos durante toda la noche y sin nevera ni para un Yogur.
• Anna (4/5): Niby poprawnie, ale... - Mieszkanie samo w sobie byłoby całkiem klimatyczne, znajduje się tam wszystko co potrzebne. Łóżko wygodne. Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Cisza w mieszkaniu. W mieszkaniu śmierdziało kanalizacją. Zapewne przez wodę, która stała pod prysznicem. Położona tam jest drewniana deska, która jest mało higieniczna. Nie weszłabym tam bez klapek. Po wejściu do apartamentu w łazience wisiał brudny ręcznik. Pod prysznicem grzyb. Kran w umywalce bardzo nieprzemyślany. Zbyt płytko zamonotwany, przez co ciężko się go używa bez zachlapania wszystkiego dookoła. Wprawdzie są to rzeczy, na które w normalnych okolicznościach można przymknąć oko, jednak w połączeniu z faktem, iż właścicielka (z którą de facto nie ma się bezpośredniego kontaktu twarzą w trwarz) wydaje się być osobą niezrównoważoną emocjonalnie. Po fali nieprzyjemności z jej strony, na szczęście udało mi się rozwiązać sprawę z obsługą booking.com.

Это очень странно, впервые с таким сталкиваюсь

• Islam (3/5): - The location is convenient and the place is clean, which are positives. However, the customer service is very poor. At night, getting access can be difficult, and I was even asked by the owner to find a locker myself to resolve a key issue. The bathroom tap makes a constant dripping noise, the room is small and overcrowded with furniture, and there are many mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable.
• Gema (6/5): Sitio bien ubicado pero la atención al público pésima - El sitio muy céntrico y relación calidad -precio está bien. Nos comentó la dueña que iban a arreglar un grifo y cuando llegamos el grifo de la ducha goteaba sin parar, una pena, pero es cierto que funcionaba bien, al menos. Lo que nos ha dejado mucho que desear ha sido la atención de la dueña, al irnos íbamos a dejar la llave en el cajetín como se nos indicó, pusimos el código bien y no funcionaba, el cajetín no se abría. La llamamos para comentarle la situación y solo hacía reiterar que a ella en 8 años que lleva alquilando nunca le había pasado. Le planteo que me dé alguna alternativa como dejar la llave en algún establecimiento o dársela a algún intermediario y no le parecía ya que no conocía a nadie. Diciendo que hablaría con booking porque esto tendría consecuencias, la última conversación que tuvimos fue por su parte muy poco respetuosa. Por este motivo, no repetiría la experiencia, debería haber tenido otra actitud y disposición más favorable.

Tiene lavadora, lavaplatos, microondas, y una nevera grande. Edificio con ascensor. Fácil acceso. Eché de menos una tostadora. Las tazas son muy pequeñas para el desayuno.

Arredamento molto bello e particolare, casa pulita ed é stata molto apprezzata la richiesta di lasciare le scarpe fuori dall’abitazione. Casa un po’ fredda e da rivedere la manutenzione di alcuni elettrodomestici. Attenzione al pannello di copertura del contatore in quando cade con molta facilità.

• Andrei (10/5): - It was very clean. The location is excellent. Easy check-in. Although the apartment is very small, it is well equipped. For our needs, it was great. We arrived earlier and we called. The lady we spoke to communicated only in Spanish. With my very little knowledge of Spanish, I managed to understand what she was saying. Others may not be so lucky.

(6/5): Can be better - - Location is great; on the edge of old town /centre area so it’s good no matter you want to mainly visit old town or go further outside the city and into the mountains. - I’m surprised at all the supplies provided in the apartment. It even has EDT in the bathroom, and air fryer, foil etc in the kitchen. This is very handy. - the Christmasy decorations are already up at this time. The plants and decorations in the corridor outside the door is also pretty! - Check in wasn’t smooth. On the detail page it says check in from 3pm and my request got approved. Later I was told I can only check in at 4 which is already late but ok. When I arrived at 4 at the gate I was told I can only check in from 5pm. Even though they say I can leave my luggage there, I wasn’t informed which apartment/floor in time, and I have other things booked so I need to take my luggage with me in order to be on time for something else, which is inconvenient. Also consider the time and energy wasted for me to travel to the place and then go back to city without dropping off luggage. Kindly ask you to respect what’s been agreed on and respect other people’s time as well. - The apartment is probably in an old building and has a weak circuit which I haven’t been informed of. I had the heater, lights and maybe the boiler on and the powers cut off as the breaker tripped. and it’s difficult to communicate with the staff about this as the person I called speaks Spanish only. - Staff aren’t very friendly. When I called the person she was quite rude and kept repeating a word that I do not understand with a bad attitude. She meant Spanish only, no English. However I do have a screenshot evidence of your detail page where you said the languages spoken are both English and Spanish. If it’s Spanish only I wouldn’t have booked this place in the first place. So I do not deserve that rude attitude and you should know I don’t owe you anything. Suggest you update your detail page to avoid misleading people and future frustrations like this. - Can hear the elevator operating from the bedroom.

It’s very clear a lot of care was put in this place and the priority is to make the guests comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It’s in the historical center and right by the main avenue where we could call an uber (it’s not possible to call inside the residential area). We had a lovely experience 🥰 The AC doesn’t reach the main room as much as the rest of the house but there’s a fan there as well

• Dac81 (8/5): Ubicación tranquila y céntrica - La ubicación es sensacional, a 5 minutos de la catedral y a 15 de la playa (yendo por el recorrido más corto, aconsejo mirar bien el mapa). La cama era muy cómoda y confortable, y el baño con su ducha, estupendos. También añadir/comentar que cualquier apartamento con ascensor facilita la vida :) Todo más o menos bien, pero es cierto que las dos camas supletorias que hay, cuando no se van a usar, ocupan todo el espacio central y son dos bultos enormes que incomodan la estancia e imposibilita, por ejemplo, comer en condiciones en la mesita de pared (la única que hay). Ojalá cuando no se fueran a utilizar pudieran deshacerse de ellas, o directamente considerar el alojamiento para una o dos personas (una sola cama)
• DaniBonf (5/5): Stupendo appartamento ma da cambiare l'arredatore e l'impresa di pulizie. - Il contesto dell'appartamento è molto bello e caratteristico, ingresso, cucina, camera, bagno e mezzo soppalco. Due passi e sei nel centro di Málaga, molto vicino allo stadio di calcio. La posizione è ottima. Il sistema di check in è consegna chiavi è eccellente. Ma questo non basta... Purtroppo, troppi oggetti messi a caso che creano un gran disordine e di difficile pulizia. Due divanetti all'ingresso enormemente ingombranti, se vai in zona tv devi spingerli in cucina, se vai in cucina devi spingerli contro la tv. La pulizia è tutta da rivedere. È veramente troppo difficile effettuare una buona pulizia quando si hanno molti, ma molti, oggetti in stoffa, paglia etc... . Troppe luci che non servono a niente, lucine di natale messe dappertutto, ma perché? La cucina è molto sporca e gli utensili impraticabili dall'usura e dallo sporco. Peccato.

• Miroslava (8/5): Celkově doporučuji - Velmi se nám líbilo umístění apartmánu, zařízení mělo výtah a pokoj byl velmi tichý, s výhledem do dvora. Což nám nevadilo. Pohodlné postele se skvěle zastíněnou ložnicí. Skvěle fungovala i klimatizace a plně vybavená kuchyně, včetně pračky a myčky. Dostupnost do historického centra byla skvělá. Trochu nám vadila přeplněnost pokoje. V kuchyni byly ještě další 2 pohovky, které hodně ubíraly místa, spát by se na nich stejně nedalo, a také díky množství věcí bylo velké množství prachu. Díky množství věcí byl také ztížený jakýkoliv úklid. Šlo by něco odnést a apartmánu bych dala 10. Škoda

• Alba (6/5): Buena ubicación, desmaisado decorado - La ubicación La húespede El alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos.. Mires donde mires hay decoración y eso implica que la limpieza de dicha decoración sea dificil de mantener, había polvo. Cochavamos con la decoración, porque era excesiva.

With the help of a nrighbour that talked in Spanish and English we could find out how yo get the key in a box euth code on the same street....if you don't know Spsnish I wouldn't recommend this place..hard to communicate with the host.

We liked the original design and decoration even if it would be recommendable to remove one of the two chaise longues to make more room to move around comfortably. If you are coming from the airport, you need to get off at Alameda Principal and then walk for 5 to 10 minutes. The owner kindly agreed to allow us to check out an hour later.
