• Sourat (8/5): The location was great. - Location 1- the owner is not very polite, I asked for check in process a day before arrival and she was so rude to me!! 2-we originally booked for 3 people for the entire apartment, but my husband decided to join and it was 4 of us. She made us pay €60 per night for adding him. 3-Stairs- it is on the second floor, if you have heavy luggage, it is hard to go upstairs. 4- it is in a square with a school by the apartment, expect noise.

• Cynthia (8/5): Très bien! - Très bien situé à Venise avec beaucoup d’espace. Il n’y avait pas de coffre-fort contrairement à ce que l’annonce prévoyait. La chambre avec un lit double est dans le passage qui mène aux deux autres chambres et le lit est un divan-lit. Les chambres à l’arrière ne sont pas autant climatisées que le reste de l’appartement.

• Florian (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell bei der Vaporettostation oder bei diversen Restaurants bzw. der Rialtobrücke. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und gemütlich mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Laura war sehr freundlich beim Empfang und der Verabschiedung. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht die Schlafzimmer, so dass es nachts sehr warm war. Der Geschirrspüler war (wohl nicht erst seit kurzem) defekt.
• Alistair (8/5): Lovely central apartment with a charming hostess. - Laura, the hostess, lives upstairs and is always available to help if needed. The apartment is very centrally located, and beautifully furnished. All the little touches that made it homely were there. It is clearly someone's home, not just a rental. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units, one in the living area, and another in the bedroom with the double sofa bed. We had a heat wave while we were there, so this meant leaving the other bedroom doors open so that the cool air could reach. Not as private as we would have liked, but still lovely overall. The address was incomplete on Booking.com, but Laura provided the correct address and good photos to find the building.
• Thi (9/5): It is very close to Rialto Bridge and the centre of Venice. - Very spacious and the owner is very friendly. She gave us clear instructions how to get to the property. You need to get a taxi water from Venice St Lucia station to the property. It was not too bad with transport. We got mostquito bites.
• Margaret (10/5): CLASSIC VENETIAN APARTMENT - EXCELLENT LOCATION - Laura met us at the property and let us check in early(much appreciated) She also gave us instruction on what water bus at catch, saving us dragging cases all over Venice. The apartment is classic with antiques and entry foyer. Spacious, air conditioned and has everything you need. The location is excellent, tour groups stop outside in the sq. Laura checked every day to make sure everything was okay, via WhatsApp. Very happy with this apartment.

• Mariah (8/5): Nice place, slightly misrepresented laundry - Spacious, clean and well located Washing machine is advertised in the listing but when we arrived it was assumed we wouldn’t need it and we were told we’d be charged 8 euro for one load that the host would be required to come down and do for us. One of the main reasons we booked this place was because of the washing machine, as we were in the middle of a two week backpacking trip in Europe and needed fresh laundry. Needless to say, we did not get it due to cost and the inconvenience of the host having to come to the apartment to do the laundry for us.

Natalia not only greeted us and let us in but she picked us up at the vaporetto stop as I was traveling with 2 people with reduced mobility. The apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculate. We had everything we needed. Great location too!
