Guest Reviews
- Yahav (7/5): Overall decent experience, wasn’t enjoyable but wasn’t terrible - The location is great and the apartment is very spacious
And the team is very responsible (during their work hours) Entering the apartment is unnecessarily complex and very uncomfortable especially with luggage - NOT AT ALL accessible to old or disabled people
The shower is not great
And the bathroom broke during our stay
- Przemyslaw (9/5): Stosunek jakosci do ceny - Lokalizacja Lozko sprezynowe

- Gavin (2/5): Very poor - We did not get a single good night's sleep here. The bed was uncomfortable - the mattress was very firm, and was much thinner than a typical mattress. The windows were loose in the frame, so they rattled in the wind and repeatedly made a loud noise, waking us up. The button outside for the doorbell/intercom is on a busy nightlife street, we had drunk people pressing the doorbell at 3am waking us up.
- Debbie (1/5): Bad - I've had 3 days to think about this particular accommodation...while we stayed and how that I'm home. there are some great things, it's spacious, and has a great layout.
the apartment was clean, and in a great location at the intersection of 2 of the canals. the apartment has great possibilities, yet it's missing warmth, comfort.
We appreciated that 2 of the guys from the company came over within a reasonable time to help us with lights... but they were not able to clarify all the many switches and what they turned on or off. they helped us to understand the door mechanism, but it was not clear to 2 60+ year olds... not for lack of trying on our part!
Sadly, this was not a successful stay or partnering for any of us!
It makes me wonder
A. has corporate ever staying in their own properties to know the ins/outs of how each place works?
B. How often anyone from the corporation has traveled to know how to set up and arrange a property to make it feel warm and welcoming? extremely difficult to gain access to the door, even though we read and reread all the instruction, the door was not easily opened via the virtual phone or code methods.
there are too many Chanels to communicate, making it difficult to know where to send a note or how quickly it would be responded to.
the bathroom the glass shelf is about to fall off the wall, the shower doors were off the rails.
An over abundance of light switches that made no sense
the couch was sprayed with an extremely strong cleaning agent, could not sit on it.
When a property company who has 60 units, being run by a corporation who has no idea how make it feel like an amazing place to stay & relax while in a new city shows. I know that Rebecca tried to help and she tried to communicate well, we just found it to be lacking simple touches vs corp oversite.
A few things that really were not appreciated... One of the staff showed up at 9:30 AM on our departure day, rang the bell, and left a bag of clean towels and sheets, during our stay! (not a great thing, I suspect if we'd not answered the door, he would have come in and left it somewhere in the apartment). HIGHLY inappropriate in an accommodation we paid for and rented for 2 days. The required cleaning materials shouldn't arrive during a guests stay! I choose independent properties because I don't want nor require people showing up and coming into my space while I've paid for it, I know there was a miscommunication with Rebecca over kitchen towels and dish soap... so another person came by the 2nd day (also unknown to us) and dropped off bath towels and a kit that I didn't look at closely enough to understand it was a combo kit, but not an actual kitchen towel to dry dishes we may have used. Again, If we were not there, he would have come right in!
I suspect maintaining 60 units is a lot, but the cleaning staff should be alerting corp that something is not working right or broken
- Virgilijus (10/5): great location a bit noisy but it pays itself -
- Tessa (9/5): Perfect as a clean and comfy base to explore beautiful Milan. - The flat was really well positioned and the instructions on how to find it and get in were easy to find and use. Once in it was cosy, clean and welcoming. I do wish that the tv had terrestrial channels as well as Amazon prime and Netflix, but I was out most of the time so it didn’t really make much difference in the end.
- Karsten (9/5): Superb - Nice and spatious appartment in the midst of restaurants and nightlife quarter of Milan. The windows open to a yard; that keeps most of the noise out, except the ventilation of the restaurant kitchen underneath - that humms til' midnight when that restaurant closes.
Beds are nice, kitchen seems nice although we haven't used it, the bathroom is also nice. There is a washing machine (that we didn't use) and some hygienic amenities.
We liked it! The access through three doors with a smartphone app is somewhat awkward, however, there is a video that explains it nicely and it worked out ok. Actually, you can share the app for access among your mates in case somebody needs to get in without the physical keys (which are available as well).
- Najib (8/5): Very good -
- Faruk (10/5): Perfect location, very clean - It was as comfortable as a spotless home. Every facility was available, and it was in an amazing location.
