Callista (9/5): Best location 😁 - Best location!!!! It was clean, easy to find thanks to the information provided by the owners. Kitchen has lots of bits and pieces. Bathrooms were clean with body wash but some are tight. They are shared. The main bathroom is big though. Staff were lovely. Great washing machine. Dryer for a jam so I just reapun my clothes, hung up on the bathroom and opened window and dried quickly. Glad I ignored the reviews. Maybe they were based on things others were doing or expectations. Price is fair, this is comfy, convenient but if you have high expectations then a higher priced place may be better. The room I booked has quite a thin mattress. I still slept great due to how much walking I was doing but probably could do with an upgrade.

Taylor (1/5): Non existent - I did not stay here. It was unliveable. The accommodation ignored my requests and would not issue a refund despite clearly false advertising the inclusion of certain ammenities that should have come with my room. The room was trash, staff were unhelpful, I was not issued a refund despite pointing out a clear and misleading flaw in the accomodations advertising. Thieves run this business :)

Sebastian (6/5): Pleasant - Avoid the Small Double Room which is not pictured. It is literally the size of the double bed, nothing more. We were able to switch to a larger room.
Julia (3/5): it was fine for one night but i’d probably not use it again - location very good, nice bathroom and kitchen thigh i didn’t realise these were shared facilities- luckily no one else was staying do it was very quiet. Remote control stolen , no wifi instructions except that it was free … but nothing showed up on my phone that i could use that looked compatible with the hotel. no one responded to my queries once id checked in. no staff are on site.
Bavna (5/5): Good location. Passable accommodation for 1 night - Good location Not clear when booking that room was not en-suite. Very noisy in the house from other residents from 11pm to around 2am which resulted in disturbed sleep

Sian (4/5): Disappointing - Location No cleanliness. Could hear all the noise from the upper floors so got no sleep. There was a cold draft through the windows. No hand towels in bathrooms. Toilet seat was loose and kept falling on me.

Edoardo (4/5): Disappointing stay, misleading pictures, low value for money. - Good location (nice part of Covent Garden) The room and the facilities were very different from the pictures (highly misleading). Sofa-beds were unusable, the bed extremely uncomfortable. Unclean facilities and thin walls making noise from the other rooms audible.
Adrian (3/5): We made it a good couple of days. "Pay for what you get" Never again. Other rooms may be better - We were provided a meeting point outside Watchhouse seven dials coffee shop and taken by a Japanese lady who was very pleasant to Tower court (A clean back alley) where the premises were. Not the postcode on the advert. We were aware that we were sharing the premises with other guests not a problem, the building was well stocked with utensils spotlessly clean and tidy. The location was very good for the theatres and central to all attractions. Did we have a good time. YES..Our aim was only to use the room for sleeping and eat and spend as much time out and about. The advert for our room (Broom cupboard) small double bed was ridiculous it was 6'5" by 6'5" and there was insufficient room to change in the small space left by the bed. The room had been segregated from the 1st floor front bedroom. This was clearly a money making exercise to get as much as possible. The heating was a oil heater plugged into an extension lead as were others in other rooms Fire risk? Our room was so small that in the vent of fire I do not believe we would have been able to escape. The window was single glaze and the draft was beyond belief. The bed was poor quality and left both of us with backache the following week. The laminate flooring which was present before the separating walls were installed were poor and our adjoining neighbour appeared to have trouble remembering things in their room 10 trips each way at 8:30am became unbearable. We didn't get much sleep from the noise of people sleeping rough on the alleyway outside shouting to one another and a lie in was not possible due to guest noise. Our room should remain a broom cupboard other rooms may have been better.
