- Maciej (9/5): Polecam - Wygodny, przestronny apartament z aneksem kuchennym i ekspresem do kawy. Uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Świetna lokalizacja, łatwy dostęp do głównych atrakcji pieszo i komunikacją miejską.
- FRANCISCO (10/5): - Todo estaba bien. Está a 20 min. A pie del Oceanografico y artes y ciencias y a 30 min del Mercado Central, no es mucho pero cada día este recorrido se hace largo.
- EVA (9/5): TODO BIEN - Limpieza, ubicación, comodidad, amplitud Por poner un pero, en una habitación éramos 3 y los "artículos de cortesía" ( botellines de agua, zapatillas, cepillo dientes...) solo pusieron para dos. En las otras dos habitaciones, solo pusieron el agua. A la mujer de recepción de gafas le faltaba algo de simpatía, los demás muy majos.

- Aleksei (8/5): - Very helpful reception staff, they assisted us with booking the restaurants and other activities, such as the biopark. The room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard and the location is perfect to both explore the city centre, while being able to rest in a quieter part of Valencia and doing trips to the beach. You can also leave the bags after check out in the storage. The shower temperature was tricky to get right, but other than that our stay was very comfortable
- Wayne Haylett (6/5): Nice spacious apartment but plug layout is ridiculous in the kitchen area. - Nice spacious apartment with very large bathroom( oversized) Kitchen has a stove,microwave,fridge,kettle,toaster and coffee machine.They do provide a handy cleaning pack for the dishes as well as a small pack with olive oil and salt if you need to cook Location is good . Table and chair to eat ate are very nice. Balcony is great to open and get fresh air The table in the lounge area's leg was broken and looked like it would break off. There are no plugs at all in the kitchen area.The plugs near it are too far away to plug in the kettle or toaster.We eventually balanced them in the cutlery drawer to use. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the centre of the bed. The light next to the bed still glowed ,even when turned off.Very annoying when trying to sleep. The tap in the kitchen sink was broken and very loose.The reception did send the maintenance man to repair it but he arrived with no tools and then said he would be back later..... we insisted that he not come back as this was very inconvenient.The tap should have been repaired when the room was cleaned and prepared for our arrival . The walls are very thin and the noise from other rooms is disturbing . There is also a strange smell constantly in the passages........not very pleasant.

Sklep obok 300m czynny do 1:00. Na 2 piętrze mogłoby być nieco ciszej. Poziom hałasu z ulicy jest znośny a w weekend natężenie ruchu małe.

- Hana (7/5): - Dobrá lokalita hned u parku, prostorný apartmán, velká koupelna, milý a ochotný personál, recepce 24/7. Velmi nepohodlná postel. Žádali jsme manželskou postel, ale dostali jsme dvě spojené k sobě. To by ani tak problém nebyl, chápu ze nelze vyhovět všem. Ale přestože byly postele u sebe, tak mezi matracemi byla mezera a postele se neustále rozjížděly směrem od sebe. Takže každou chvíli padáte do díry. Pro páry velmi nevyhovující. Další věc, která nám nevyhovovala byla, že v apartmánu nebylo klasické (zašité) povlečení, ale pouze dvě plachty mezi kterými byla vložená deka.

- FEDERICA (10/5): Weekend in famiglia a Valencia - La struttura è in un ottima posizione a metà strada tra il centro storico e la città delle arti e delle scienze. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla a pochi passi dai giardini Turia e dal Parco Gulliver. La stazione della metro più vicina dista 10 min a piedi e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerose fermate dei bus, un piccolo supermercato e una farmacia. La Reception è aperta 24h ed è comoda la possibilità di usufruire di un deposito bagagli. Nella hall è presente una macchinetta con bevande fresche e qualche snack. Servizio lavanderia al primo piano. Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso (fondamentale con 2 neonati di 1 anno) e ci hanno messo su nostra richiesta 2 culle e 2 seggioloni che sono stati preziosi. Il bagno è spazioso e anche la doccia è molto grande. L’angolo cucina ha un piccolo piano a induzione con pentole, stoviglie e posate. C’è un tostapane, bollitore e macchina del caffè. Mettono a disposizione le cialde per il caffè, un rotolo di carta da cucina e un kit di benvenuto con strofinaccio, spugna, liquidò per lavare i piatti, olio e aceto. Davvero molto gradito! Terremo nota di questa struttura per i nostri eventuali soggiorni futuri ☺️ super consigliata!

- Janez (9/5): Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful apartments - The apartments are beautiful, and the reception staff are extremely friendly, very helpful, and assist with organizing the holiday. The location is truly excellent, close to the dry riverbed, and you can reach everything on foot – you don’t need a car at all. The surroundings feel very safe. We noticed two issues. The first is sound insulation between rooms – if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear them quite clearly. Street noise is very well reduced, but sounds from the neighboring room are not, especially in the bathroom. The second downside is the quality of the sofa bed. The main bed is excellent, but the pull‑out sofa for children is really only suitable for younger kids; for heavier children or adults it is not sufficiently padded. In our room, the shelf under the sink might need fixing – it was a bit loose, but it held up 🙂

- Anita (10/5): - La verdad que localización es excelente que fuimos con un nińo de 6 años y podíamos andar en todos los sitios. La habitación es amplia y la cocina está bien equipada. Tengo que dar enhorabuena al personal de la limpieza que la verdad todo era muy limpio y nunca faltaba de nada . Muchas gracias

Daily cleaning, fresh towels every day, and new bed sheets after 3 days. Comfort: The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The housekeeping staff's English could be improved to make direct communication easier. However, the reception was always there to help and bridge the gap, so all our requests were handled perfectly.

- Beatriz (8/5): Apartamento amplio. - El apartamento era cómodo y amplio. El Aislamiento acústico era pésimo, había una familia con críos arriba de nosotros y todo el tiempo tuvimos que soportarlos saltando, corriendo gritando… parecía una manada de elefantes.
