Mr. BASSEL was exceptional, he went above and beyond to make sure every moment of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. From helping me navigate the city to assisting with language translation, he made everything effortless. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended.

• Olga (9/5): Super komfortabel, moderne Ausstattung; höfliches und freundliches Personal. - Das Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer geliefert; war sehr schmackhaft. Sicheres und begrüntes Compound. Die Fenster gingen auf eine relativ laute Strasse; fragt nach dem Appartement mit Fenster auf de ruhige Innenstrasse; Man braucht ein Auto oder Taxi, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

• Motasem AbdolGhaffar (9/5): Excellent, except services nearby are missing! - The apartment is very clean and quiet, staff were very helpful, and the garden were quiet and nice. Appliances were in a very good condition. Not the apartment, but the location of it is far from services, like supermarket or a pharmacy, so you have to rely on delivery services mainly or go and get your stuff.
• Sajjad (10/5): - An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a cosy vibe! I would like to commend the Manager Amr, for his hospitality and genuine warmth. A special shout out to Mohamed Besheir. So cheerful, so helpful, and truly went the extra mile. His dedication to excellent service is a huge asset to this hotel. Thankyou for making our visit so special! We can't wait to come back!
• محمد عبدالله (10/5): إقامة مميزة - الشقة رائعة وبها كل ما أحتاجه المكان هاديء الفرش جديد ونظيف التكييف وسخان الماء ممتاز الإستقبال متعاونين كل شيء ممتاز، ولكن عن الشقة التي سكنتها باب الشقة يمكن فتحه من الخارج الا لو اغلقته بالمفتاح، فيا ليت للأمان أن تبدل الأكره لنوع لا يفتح من الخارج، حتى لو نسيت إغلاقه بالمفتاح. رموت كنترول المكيفات متعب في التحكم في المكيف ويحتاج تحاول وتقرب حتى تتحكم فيه. لا يوجد اشتراكات لقنوات التلفزيون ولا الدش من الفندق، ويعتمد على أن لك اشتراكك الخاض في شاهد او نيتفليكس.

Me and my friend tried to air out the house coz we were feeling sick from it. It didn't help. The property manager didn't provide us with any solution. We were being gaslit that everything was fine. We went out for a couple of hours to see if airing out would help. It didn't. We didn't even stay for the night. Left the place to go sleep elsewhere. Hoping the platform provides us a refund for the two night stay.

• 19david86 (1/5): Not recommended - I have travelled to many countries over the world and Egypt in particular, but this is my worst experience to me. First, the apartment is far from everything town public places cafes restaurants super market...you need to drive long distances and take a very long time to reach these places. The outside area is very scary at night time, especially the streets are literally destroyed. They clean the apartment once a week. Otherwise, if you want to clean it you charge for it. We were 3 people, I am of European nationality, and the two women are of Arab nationality, not Egyptian, so we rented two separate apartments. We are originally a group that came from outside Egypt and in order to plan the trip program we have to sit together then we were attacked by a worker named Amin his behavior is aggressive he speaks in a loud and scary voice and was very bad with us. The next day(a male guest) came to me to look for some work together when he entered my apartment the guy (Amin)came and started speaking in a loud and scary voice devoid of any respect he asked my friend to give him his ID and tried to expel him. finally, this guy destroyed our vacation, and I feel regret for this booking. i don't recommend it at all.
