• Mirjam (5/5): Appartement wel okee, personeel niet aanwezig - locatie was prima, maar auto parkeren is niet fijn, als er geen plek is moet je weer heel ver doorrijden en hopen dat de plek aan de overkant van de straat er nog is Als je bij je appartement aankomt, krijg je een whatsapp om de borg te betalen. Vind ik een hele vervelende manier. Er is geen receptie of iemand in de buurt die je te woord kan staan. Alles gaat via whatsapp Op mijn vraag wanneer de borg weer teruggestort wordt, zegt de een na een week, wat niet zo was en de ander zegt dat ik dat met mijn creditcardmij moet regelen. Is ook niet zo. Jammer dat ze zelf niet weten dat de reservering voor de borg maar liefst een maand op de creditcard blijft staan... Het hele kleine zwembad zag er heel vies uit, net als de hele binnenplaats met losliggende planken.

The support reacted very quick and helped us to switch the condo, during 5-days stay We have been moved twice, overall new apartments were ok, clean, well equipped and quiet. This company has multiple apartments in Malaga and each is totally different in terms of location and quality.

• paloma (4/5): No volveré - Lo bueno que tiene es la cercanía a la playa La realidad dista mucho de las fotos, las cuales deben de ser de hace unos años. Moho y humedades generalizado, sobre todo en la zona de la cama, pero también en techos, baño, cocina Mobiliario en mal estado y puertas que no cierran. Mal olor en la habitación y humedad. Ademas no hay persianas o cortinas, haciendo muy difícil el descanso y no había mas mantas , solo un edredón fino. En general se ve grandísimo deterioro y falta de mantenimiento Indicar además que a causa de la cancelación del ave una semana antes, llamamos a la agencia que gestiona el apartamento para cancelar sin coste o cambio de fechas, dado que en esos momentos no teníamos modo de llegar por causas ajenas y el trato fue muy incorrecto, muy malas contestaciones y respuestas fuera de lugar

• Hind (9/5): Excellent location! - We spent over a week in the apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is new and very clean. The host was thoughtful, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location was exactly what we were looking for, just a three-minute walk from the beach.
• Maja (3/5): Moldy place, stay away - The property is well located, and looks nice at first glance. The space is used quite well, many things fit in and the apt seems modern once you arrive. First, after booking the place, I had to fill an online form that was difficult to do cause there was always something missing. I received so many Whatsapp text and emails saying that even though I paid, if I don't sign the contract online, my booking is not confirmed! However, I couldn't sign the contract before I gave the deposit, but they don't open that option for payment until the day of arrival. So for days I was harassed by texts and emails threatening to cancel my booking with no option to actually pay the deposit and sign the contract. It was settled after I dedicated many hours to resolve this issue and beg the property to open the option to pay the deposit - BIG PROBLEM. I received instructions on how to find the apt and how to open the key box, with a video tutorial. However, the key box was not indicated as the instructions explained, nor was the key box the type of box that the video showed - it opens a different way. So, I was trying to open all 5 key boxes like a lunatic after many hours of travel.... Not fun! The bed is supposedly a for 2 people, but it is pretty narrow, 120 cm, that is not wide enough for 2 people! And we were provided one towel each, so you are expected to dry both your face a body with the same towel! The bathroom doesn't have a window, so I would leave the door open when we would go out for some air to come in, but the apt always smelled bad when we'd return and I realized that it was from the MOLD in the shower! I attached the photos. For a cleaning fee of 60 eur, I would expect a mold free apt! I couldn't wait to leave that place and no hurt my health with moldy air. After we left, I had to beg for my deposit and it was returned after a month! The people managing the place sent me a survey asking me to praise them for a job well done, but I was really appalled with that place and their work. So, I do not recommend this place.

• Baldrian (6/5): - Klice byly nachystany v boxu, bylo mozne si je vyzvednout dle stanoveneho casu, kod byl zaslan do aplikace. Apartman byl utulny, pekny, vybaveny, lokalita blizko plaze, klimatizace, rucniky, fen, nadobi, rychlovarna konvice, mikrovlnka. Bazen u apartmanu = bohuzel hodne spinavy a zaneseny, nedal se pouzivat, tesili jsme se, ze se odpoledne schovame pred sluncem a zaplaveme si na terase. Mravenci = neprijemnosti byla obrovska spousta mravencu, kteri se nachazeli kolem postele, za posteli vylezali ze zdi, ze zasuvek, v noci nam vlezli do postele a postipali me i pritele. To se stalo v sobotu, v nedeli jsem kontaktovala LetMalaga a v pondeli navecer nam poslali pokojskou na uklid. Ta vse vydezinfikovala, ale prisla hodne pozde, a celou noc v pondeli jsme nedokazali spat, jelikoz dezinfenkce smrdela po celem byte, ani klimatizace a otevrena okna nepomohla. Bylo to narocne. Od utery uz bylo vse opet OK a pobyt jsme si dale uzivali a spali jiz bez mravencu v posteli.

• Adrian (1/5): Słaba jakoś w porównaniu do ceny - Bliskość sklepów, komunikacji oraz plaży Jak przyjechaliśmy było brudno, sztućce poklejone i brudne, ze zmywarki śmierdziało, w łazience grzyb przy brodziku oraz brudna szafka przy umywalce. Podłoga również była brudna i nieodkurzona. Personel przyszedł „poprawić” warunki które zastaliśmy ale zbyt nic to nie dało. Jak ktoś chce spędzić tam pobyt to weźcie ze sobą tabletki do zmywarki, płyn do dezynfekcji.

• Sam (8/5): Great spot, comfortable accommodation - Nice spot with clean, spacious interior. Didn't have any problem with noise personally. Comfy all round and effective air con. Very good overall. Courtyard has a no bike policy so I had to put mine in my bike bag despite it being ideal for keeping bikes in. Deposit took a while to come back, no problem in the end and maybe just my bank.

• Aleksandr (7/5): Нормально - Главный плюс: локация. 4-5 минут до пляжа, 8 минут до ближайшего метро. Рядом есть пара магазинов, много кафе и ресторанов. Сами апартаменты оснащены техникой (кондиционер, стиральная машина, плита, чайник, телевизор), была утварь для готовки, вся нужная посуда. Главный минус: плохая организация. Пришлось целый час сидеть в аэропорту, потому что компания, управляющая апартаментами, не удосужилась вовремя скинут мне код от ящика с ключами. Прокол повторился и позже, но другой. При заезде был мной выплачен депозит. Его должны были вернуть в течение 24-48 часов после выезда. Вернули только после моего напоминания через две недели. К сожалению, пожадничали в самом номере: даже соли и перца не было. Это было удивительно, потому что в других местах в Испании обязательно подобные вещи в минимальном количестве предлагают.

La piscina no cubría más de la rodilla y estaba muy sucia. El callejón por el que entraba al apartamento estaba muy sucio y olía muy mal.

• Elena (9/5): Very suitable for a family holiday if you want to blend with the locals. - Close to the sea, walking distance to Metro and busses, 15 minutes to main train station. Lots of shops around. Affordable taxi to center and marina. Nice neighborhood, felt very safe.

• Radim (8/5): I’m not competent to review this accomodation… - Due to a WC and water problem we were relocated to a different appartement. It was announced a day before via WhatsApp. New appartement was really nice and cozy, very nice equipped and new renovated. We were happy there. Communication with them via WhatsApp was fast and good. The appartement was cold and A/C was somehow broken because after a while water start raining from the ceiling.
• Edit (7/5): Good location - The place is at a great location, the downtown is 10-15 min by bus, sea is 5 min by walk. Area is really local, people are kind, the environment feel safe. The flat itself is very humid, you either need to keep the windows open or run the airconditioning to keep the air dry. However it is written in the description, the bed is indeed very small. We were a bit disapointed that in the kitchen not even basic spices (salt, pepper) or tea/coffee were there.

The outside pool in front of the door would‘ve been a great activity in summer too The area around has some dodgy people but in general its still nice, just not as clean as other parts in Málaga

• Bart (1/5): Horrible! - Looks new Bad experience: If you don’t value hygiene, a good location and good services this is the place you want! First of all, we arrived at an dirty apartment with very dirty bed sheets: red and yellow stamps.. (I don’t even want to know what it was) and black curly hair everywhere. (Me and my girlfriend are both blonde). Poop in the toilet, snot on the shower window, dirty sink, footsteps from the previous visitor, smashed mosquito’s on the wall and so on.. Horrible situation when arrive after a long trip and just want some time to rest. After a few calls they only changed bed sheets, not even cleaned the whole appartement. Secondly, every night at 23:45 the light of the pool starts automatically on discomodus and this continues for a couple of hours. This is the worst because all the doors are made from glass and because the AC is in the living you need to have your bedroom door open foor some cool air which results in disco in your bedroom. After 36 hours and 3 times asking our apartment floor was finally cleaned. But we still found black hairs and the snot was still on the glass wall in the shower.. also, the showerdrain was plugged so the water was all over the floor in our bathroom everything we took a shower. They told us that they would fix that, which never happened. Third of all, the location is not ideal, you have to take a cab, bus of step for at least 15 min which takes you a lot of time, money and effort to reach the center. When we asked for refund for at least our first night, because our bed and floor was dirty, we were offered discount on a local wine bar and the owner didn’t take us seriously even though we paid 150 euro’s a night. Last but not least, the bed is 140cm wide with build in nightstands on the side, which you can hit you elbow multiple times during your sleep! So, very very bad experience and would never ever recommend it to anyone!
• Nina (10/5): Convenient and beautiful apartment - Check in was easy, you just need to register online and the keys are in a lock at the apartment so you don´t need to go to a reception or any other place. The interior of the apartment is really well done and everything is new. Location was convenient as we could connect easily to the city center and also to the beach. Not being able to stay longer
