• Laura (9/5): Szép és jól felszerelt, de nincs jó helyen. - Nagyon szép és jól felszerelt a szállás. Minden új. Egy nagyon hangos és nyüzsgő környezetben van a szállás, ami nem igazán ideális, ha valaki csendes pihenésre és zavartalan alvásra vágyik. A folyosókon sajnos dohányszag terjengett, elnyomott cigicsikkek a falnál, a csempén. A takarítás és a törölközőcsere sajnos csak egy hétnél hosszabb tartózkodás esetén jár alapesetben, vagy ha külön fizetünk érte. Ez azért volt kényelmetlen, mert a WC-papírt egy gyűjtőbe kellett dobni, nem lehetett lehúzni a WC-n.

• Claudi_ad (10/5): Sehr gepflegte Anlage, in einer ruhigen dennoch Zentralen Lage, inkl. Parkplatz! - Der Besitzer ist total nett, die Schlüsselübergabe war komplett unkompliziert, entweder er ist direkt vor Ort, oder man bekommt den Schlüssel in der Box. Dieses Appartmenthaus ist sicher einer der schönsten in dieser Gegend, sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man in einer ruhigen Gegend leben will, aber dennoch Zentral. Man ist in 5 Minuten mitten im Geschehen, mit super guten Restaurants, aber hat es zum Schlafen super ruhig. Wir bekamen sogar eine Flasche Wein geschenkt und zusätzlich waren alle 2 Tage eingekühlte Bier im Kühlschrank, was super nett war. WC- Papier, Handtücher, Seife waren immer genug vorhanden. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, so braucht man nie suchen und kann super von da aus zu schöne Strände fahren. ———-

• Mezei (10/5): I think it’s one of the best stays in Ayia Napa. - We stayed for a week in ghe apartment and it was clean, well found the staff was kind and helpful in every situations. The apartment is near to Nissi and Musan beach which are the beautiful beaches in the area. The sea caves and Cape Greco(where you must go) is also 10 minutes with car. We got fresh towels and beer at the 4th day the photos are about that what i uploded. Maybe they could give a pot but i solved the problem with the pan that they give.

Letto e cuscini molto comodi.Ampi armadi e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Parcheggio gratuito privato in struttura. Consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel in quanto si trova a 10 minuti di auto dalle principali spiagge dell'isola. Il centro è raggiungibile con solo 10 minuti a piedi Consiglio !!!

• Elena Andreea (4/5): - The apartment looks just like in the photos – clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, and the room had both a hairdryer and an iron. While the room was comfortable and the location convenient, our overall experience was disappointing. The host made an unfortunate decision to accommodate the other guests with a group of 10–15 young people who were clearly there to party. Because of this, we were only able to sleep 3–4 hours per night. Every night, once they returned from the club around 4–5 a.m., the noise would start again – loud music, shouting and smoking in the hallway, doors slamming. This went on until 7–8 in the morning. I tried to contact the host and messaged him to explain the situation, but he left me on seen and made no effort to address it. Out of the five nights we stayed, four were a nightmare (ever since that group checked in). Unlike them, we came here to rest and relax, that’s what we paid for, but instead, we ended up tired and stressed. I do not recommend this accommodation to couples looking for peace and quiet, or to families with children. It’s a nice apartment, but unfortunately, the host does not manage it responsibly.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Apartament godny polecenia - Generalnie nasz pobyt oceniamy na udany, apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie, lokalizację i czystość. 2 min spacerkiem do samego centrum Ajia Napy, gdzie toczy się życie :) Basen znajduje sie w pobliskim hotelu nie przy samych apartamentach, ale nie sprawia to jakiegoś wiekszego problemu. Gospodarz był przemiły i bardzo pomocny :) Minusem jedynym w apartamencie było to że do 5 rano było słychać głośne dyskoteki z miasta, także jak ktoś ma słaby sen jak my to nie polecamy :)

• Francesca (8/5): - Posizione ottima vicina al centro. Il signore alla reception cordiale e gentile. In realtà è stato solo un fatto di scomodità perché il water era attaccato alla doccia quindi l’entrata e l’uscita dalla doccia un po’ scomodo.

• Dorita (10/5): - Πρώτα απ' όλα θ' αρχίσω με την ευγενέστατη συμπεριφορά του οικοδεσπότη του διαμερίσματος του κυρίου Κυπρου. Πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός άνθρωπος και πολύ ευγενικός και ήταν πάντα στη διάθεσή μας για ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Ευέλικτος στις ώρες check in & check out, σε περίπτωση φυσικά που υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κεντρική και πολύ προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της πόλης. Αν και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση η νυχτερινή ζωή της πόλης, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ήσυχο και καθόλου θορυβώδες. Άνετα, καινούργια και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια εξοπλισμένα με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Άνετα στρώματα. Πολύ περιποιημένος και πεντακάθαρος εξωτερικός χώρος με άνετο parking. Γενικά τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα, περάσαμε πολύ ωραία δύο όμορφα βράδυα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον κύριο Κύπρο για την όλη εξυπηρέτηση και την ευγένεια του!!! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!!! Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία!!!

Basen w hotelu obok - nie korzystaliśmy, bo szkoda było czasu, mając tak piękne plaże w okolicy;) W obiekcie wszystko ok. Jednak miejscowość Ayia Napa jest miejscowością imprezowiczów i gdziekolwiek byś nie mieszkał to przejeżdżające grające muzykę na full samochody, dyskutujące “nocne marki”, rozśpiewane towarzystwo to atrakcje każdej nocy. Więc zastanów się przed wyborem miejscowości, gdy chcesz spokojnie spędzić noce😌

Wszystko nowe i w dobrym stanie. Łóżka wygodne. Pościel i ręczniki jak nowe. Aneks kuchenny bardzo dobrze wyposażony w sprzęty kuchenne. W lodówce na powitanie dwie butelki szampana. Łazienka czysta, kosmetyki w dużej ilości. Oczywiście w apartamencie suszarka do włosów i żelazko. Lokalizacja doskonała, wszędzie blisko. Sklepy , restauracje i wypożyczalnie sprzętu w zasięgu wzroku , parę kroków do Hard Rock Cafe i centrum Ayia Napy. Właściciel i personel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Na Cyprze często korzystam z Hoteli i apartamentów , mam skalę porównania i ten obiekt pozytywnie oceniam i z pewnością bym powrócił ponownie. Gorąco polecam.

• Bevica (5/5): - The apartment was very spacious. It was modern and looks clean from afar. Location was very good. A short walk from the main strip but far enough to be away from the noise. Given that it is advertised as a luxury apartment, the attention to detail on the smaller things lets this accommodation down. There was a stain on the bedding. The bedding was also very old and worn out so it made it very uncomfortable. We stayed for 3 nights, the first two nights was quiet however it seemed like some guests checked into the apartment next door to us on our final night as we could hear everything. It seems like the walls between neighbouring apartments are very thin and you can hear everything down to conversations.

• Maria (7/5): Im ganzen waren wir zufrieden, da wir nicht viel in der Unterkunft waren. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Vielen Dank! - Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Bei Fragen wurde uns direkt weitergeholfen und der Inhaber war sehr freundlich! Bei Fragen konnte man ihn einfach kontaktieren. Leider sieht man durch die weißen Fliesen nach einigen Tagen die Verschmutzung. Eine Reinigung erfolgt erst nach einem Aufenthalt ab 7 Tagen. Wir wurden durch die Bauarbeiter an der eigenen Unterkunft täglich um 8 Uhr geweckt was wohl daran liegt, dass wir in der Nebensaison da waren. Der Inhaber hat sich dafür jedoch mehrfach entschuldigt.

• Kettri (8/5): - Hea asukoht, tore ja mugav basseiniala , kust sai väga maitsvaid toite ja jooke tellida. Korter uus. 1 inimene pidi magama lahtikäival diivanil ja see oli ebatasane ning polnud mugav. Korteri köögis võiks olla olemas elementaarsed asjad nagu sool, pipar ja toiduõli.

• michalmichal (2/5): Jeśli chcesz wypocząć to nie tutaj - Dobra lokalizacja, bliskość centrum, marketów i restauracji. Otrzymałem pokój nr 1. Pierwsza noc ok, z każdą kolejną było już tylko gorzej z racji bardzo hałaśliwych sąsiadów. Na ostatnią czwartą noc poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju - otrzymałem pokój nr 10 w którym udało się normalnie zasnąć i przespać całą noc. Hotel mimo, że wizualnie ładny i może być trochę "luxury" to nie do końca taki jest. Ściany i sufit mają zero dźwiękoszczelności i bardzo dobrze słychać sąsiadów. Oczywiście tych hałasujących do 4-5 nad ranem również... Obowiązkowe spanie ze stoperami w uszach. Po poprzednich lokatorach sporo włosów na podłodze. W tosterze stare resztki jedzenia. W pokoju za lustrem znajdowało się przejście do kolejnego pokoju wynajmowanego przez inne osoby... Hotel znajduje się w bardzo bliskiej odległości od centrum rozrywki i imprez jednak jest to minimalnie słyszalne w nocy. Jeśli ktoś liczy na spokojny i cichy pobyt to może się rozczarować tak jak ja w moim przypadku.

• Bianca (10/5): Perfect stay! - Beautiful place, from the yard, terrace to the interior. It feels as luxurious as per its name. Spacious apartment, modernly furnished, fully equipped with all you need for an extraordinary stay. Has as per description, TV, AC, king size very comfortable bed, desk in case you want to do some work, 2 large cabinets, bathroom and entire place spotless clean, sofa to relax and equipped kitchen. The owner is such a nice person, we needed his help very early in one of the mornings and he was there very fast and we really appreciated. Nothing to add here, all great
• J (8/5): - Loopafstand van de stad Het geheel word benoemd als appartement, maar het is een studio. Kun je op de foto's ook zien. Vinden wij niet erg,maar ik vind wel dat het niet zo genoemd mag worden.
