• ACHRAF (10/5): - L’appartement est très charmant avec un petit jardin. Le logement est proche de la gare de Guillemins. Rien à signaler
• Marta (10/5): Todo fue perfecto - Ubicación perfecta, muy cercana al centro. El espacio es muy amplio, tanto cocina como comedor, salón y dormitorio. La limpieza muy bien y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente. La terraza con jardín también es perfecta y no tuvimos problemas de ruido con vecinos ni coches en el exterior. La accesibilidad de las puertas y las escaleras eran un poco incómodas
• Lotz (8/5): - L'emplacement proche de la ville, l'extérieur est un vrai plus, tres lumineux, appreciable, beau logement avec haut plafond, place de parking. Nous etions 4, une chaise haute supplémentaire pourrait etre ajoutée a l'îlot de la cuisine, espace tres agreable. Un rideau occultant pourrait etre ajouté pour ceux qui dorment sur le canapé lit. Il pourrait y avoir davantage de vaisselle. Un peu juste.

• Emilie (10/5): Séjour incroyable - Tout! Le cachet de l’appartement, les moulures au plafond, la douche à l’italienne, la chambre donnant sur le jardin et le calme qui y règne. Cuisine super équipée donnant sur le jardin. Salon ultra cosy.

• Joan Jameson (9/5): Prachtig appartement uit 19e eeuw biedt ruimte en comfort, is zeer geschikt om Luik te verkennen. - De locatie was uitstekend; vanuit de woning alles op wandelafstand te bereiken. Het interieur, de afwerking, de keuken het comfort was erg goed. De stad Luik vonden wij een (helaas) onbekend en onbemind pareltje; zeer de moeite waard! De schuifdeur naar het terras ging heel erg zwaar open en dicht, wellicht te verhelpen met een beetje olie.

• Florian (9/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Die schönen Räume und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die tolle Terrasse. Die Schiebetür zur Terrasse ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und schließen. Das Schlafsofa funktioniert leider nicht mehr so gut. Ansonsten hätte es 10 Punkte gegeben.

• Alicia (3/5): Décevant - L'appartement est très beau, spacieux, bien placé et bien agencé Ill y a eu une grosse fête au dernier étage, ce qui a été très dérangeant. Le pire, c’est que le canapé-lit était cassé : heureusement que nous n'étions que trois, car la quatrième personne aurait dû dormir par terre. De plus, toutes les canalisations étaient bouchées, ce qui rendait la cuisine et la salle de bain inaccessibles. Le propriétaire s’est montré navré, mais n’a proposé aucune solution. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas apprécié notre séjour. J’ai signalé le problème à Booking. ( Il ne faut pas prévoir un gros véhicule car c'est 3 places dans le sous terrains mais en réalité seulement 2 peuvent rentrer )

• Shaochen (5/5): If you stay for vacation is ok, if need for more, then hard NO. - Large living room with a yard, quiet. The response speed and the attitude of the owner. Gave me some excuses not to offer invoice even when I was clearly mentioned it BEFORE I checked in. I left my info on Booking before checking, and they didn’t reply. After I left I asked for invoice and they told me that I don’t need it. I insisted and then asked me to provide all the info again when I clearly left them on the website. And then they told me it takes 15 woking days to get it, which is ridiculous for business reimbursement, they were trying to make difficult on me. And when we arrived, I found it difficult to find the right door(they didn’t mention even which floor the apartment is), texted the owner and 0 response. Sofa bed was terrible.
• Hutkovskyi888 (9/5): Superb - I liked the interior, high ceilings, panoramic doors to the garden. The recreation area is excellent, not noisy. The shower was broken and the mirror in the bathroom was broken in the bottom corner.
• Adriano (10/5): Loved it - Best place possible, in every way, with owner next door, providing help for all questions (about Luik, etc). He even brought extra candles as the weather was very dark. The apartment is like a house, with garden! Will be back in springtime. That we had to go, only had time for two nights.

Host is friendly and will help with information. Access to the shower is not so good if you are of a larger size or restricted mobility.
