• Hélène (9/5): - Bonne situation en lien avec la proximité du Vatican Beaucoup de bruit dans la cour, tard dans la nuit. Un seul jeu de clés n'est pas suffisant lorsqu'on est plusieurs et avec des activités différentes.
• Vogel (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist super. Alles was man sich von einem Apartment wünscht war super. Sauber,gepflegt, Küche kpl. Mit Geschirrspühler,Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Herdplatte. Schlafzimmer , Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlagen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Alle historische Bauten liegen fußläufig in der Nähe. Max 30 min zu Fuß. Das Apartment ist zentral und doch ruhig

• Guest (10/5): Great location, great facilities - excellent for a longer stay in Rome. - The location was great - 10 minutes walk to Vatican City in one direction and 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. The apartment was very clean and modern. All facilities are excellent - we appreciated the ability to message the host if required, but thankfully we didn't need to as there were no issues. The apartment was as expected from the photos on the booking page. There were no issues during our 8-night stay.

• Jennifer (8/5): It was a great apartment which made us feel like we were at home, and I would definitely come back - The location was fantastic and allowed us to explore the area on foot. The apartment was secure and lovely to come back to. The host was reactive to our interaction and attempted to accommodate. Internet only worked in the main room and the TV was non operational during our stay. An iron would have been welcomed.

• Maria (10/5): A lovely and peaceful abode just a stonethrow from the Vatican - The apartment was a great find in Rome; it’s located right in the city center and just a 10min walk from the Vatican. It’s a five star accommodation and looks exactly like in the pictures. The owner was quite accommodating and provided us with our needs (we communicated via Whatsapp). I highly recommend this property and would stay here again on our next Roman holiday. There’s nothing that my family and I didn’t like about the property as it was perfect. However, through no fault of the owner, the staff was quite rude and got quite upset when the owner accommodated my request to extend the checkout time to 12nn instead of 11am.

Lots of restaurants and stores around. Easy to walk to places. Only downside was no dimming on the lighting. It was very bright.
• Lynne (10/5): A lovely apartment in a fabulous location. - The location was perfect, loved the tree lined street. The two bathrooms were fantastic and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Wifi was fast, the sofa very comfortable. Showers needed a rack or shelf to put soap and shampoo on rather than on the floor. It’s a shame the shutters in the bedroom opened straight onto the street which made it difficult to open them and keep privacy.

Location is excellent in a safe area, close to restaurants, shops and metro. We found that the internet connection was weak and was only working in the main room. Would have been great if the apartment had a safe inside.

• Shannon (9/5): Comfortable, clean, beautiful! - This is such a beautiful flat with everything we needed. We had enough space for five adults. The marble bathroom was absolutely beautiful. The decor is modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
• Liping (10/5): We are very happy to stay. - Nearly new. Enough coffee and tea provide. Good quality of kitchen supply. Walk to Vatican Museum. Pewex City is a good supermarket with everything and very close.

There was work going on while we stayed there which we didn’t know prior to our arrival so we were woken every morning to hours of constant hammering and drilling on the wall behind our bedrooms
• Radomir (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful! Property is located on the ground floor, and windows face the street, so it may be a little noisy sometimes.
• Simona (9/5): Good apartment - Large, confortable, 2 bathrooms, large and confortable beds. Near Vatican and mero station. Supermarket and a big market next streets. Two windows faced the inner courtyard, but it didn't bother us. It can be aired. Each room has air conditioning by the window. Functional, we used them for heating. Equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, large refrigerator. We did not check the dishes at check-in. We found ourselves accused of being chipped after we left. Yes, they were chipped when we arrived, the porcelain ones. Probably because they are not suitable for the dishwasher, being of poor quality. The coffee machine was also defective and we were asked for compensation for it. I advise you to check everything upon arrival. There is no iron, there is only one remote control for all 3 air conditioning units. I gave the good mark for the apartment itself, not for the staff and the behavior of the owner.

• Dijana (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. Everything was in the walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, and equipped beyond all expectations. We definitely recommend it.
• Gmarko (7/5): Good - Very clean, very new furniture, spacious, position of the apartment near metro station. very weak WiFi connection signal, smell of fungus/moldiness in the apartment.
• Irina (8/5): Very good - Clean, spacious flat, comfortable bed, the host provided cot for our baby and there was all necessary staff in the kitchen. Location is more than good: Vatican in 5 minutes walk, metro in 3 minutes, the street with plenty of shops nearby and not far from the Villa Borghese park Some small things to consider before making a choice: - ground floor, you won’t be comfortable to keep windows open, but otherwise you’ll live like in a bunker - water boiler is enough for only one person to take a shower (or two, but really quickly), than you have to wait - there is no vacuum cleaner in the flat, so if you’re staying more than 2-3 days the floor will get a bit dusty

• Ana (9/5): Great stay overall. - We loved almost everything about this apartment, it was fantastic for what we needed. It's a really clean, spacious and modern-design in a great part of the city. There are two negatives. Firstly, the four-poster bed in one of the bedrooms, which was incredibly squeaky and creaky at the slightest movement. The first night was not a great night's sleep as a result. We solved it by jamming cushions behind the frame but this is a case of style over substance and a simple, non-squeaky bed would have been much better. Then, the wi-fi is a problem here. It really only works in the corridor, barely connects in the lounge, it doesn't reach the bedrooms at all and the TV, which is a smart TV, is almost unwatchable. There is only one router that serves two apartments, with thick walls. A simple booster, or an investment in two connections would easily solve this.

• Roel (9/5): Superb - The location, size, and facilities modern and chic.. And Filipo is so nice in meeting us and showing us the apartment. Wish the water heater has a bigger capacity , warm water runs out when next person takes a bath and has to wait till unit warm the heater.
