• Claudia (6/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer enttäuschenden Unterkunft - Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und der Pool sauber und ziemlich groß Die Ausstattung war nicht gut, es war gar nichts an Gewürzen oder anderen Basics vorhanden, so dass wir dort nicht einmal gekocht haben. Außerdem waren weder Spülmittel noch Spültücher vorhanden. Die ganze Ausstattung war sehr einfach und alles wirkte ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und etwas schmuddelig, die Handtücher waren dünn und angegraut, der Duschschlauch defekt, so dass das Badezimmer mehrfach unter Wasser stand und die Sicherungen sind mehrfach nachts rausgeflogen. Eine Reinigung erfolgte nur alle drei Tage. Außerdem hatten wir das Gefühl, in der Nähe einer Kläranlage zu sein, da oft ein Geruch nach Fäkalien in der Luft hing. Das Appartement war ca 30 Minuten Fußweg von Elounda entfernt und es gab leider keinen Gehweg, man musste über eine Straße mit relativ viel Verkehr gehen, was gerade Abend im Dunkeln ziemlich gefährlich war.

• Ronald (9/5): Well served by staff and most convenient quiet stay in Elounda - The duplex Maisonette was clean and well presented with beautiful views of the islands but was struck us most is the welcome and friendliness of the staff. Particularly Sofia, who made us welcome from the 1st minute and explained that she will be reachable at all times should we need her The location is not too far away from Elounda village but might be a challenge for those who hate walking uphill when you want to go back by walk. Also the accommodation is showing some signs of wear which is a pity for such a lovely property
• Paul (9/5): - Sofia and staff could not have been more friendly, Sofia organised Taxi's and car hire with no fuss. Villas are in a stunning location with views across the bay and lagoon so peacefull and relaxed. Only thing we didnt like was leaving😊 area is outstanding set between the lovely town of Elounda and Agios Nicholas perfect.

• D (8/5): Didnt let the issues ruin my trip but potential of this hotel with some small fixes is huge! - Great location, spacy, view, comfy beds, great hosts, parking. They need to fix the small issues and it will be perfect. Didnt have hot water during my 4 nights stay except twice for 1 and 2 minutes. Place is not deeply clean. Toilet seat can't physically come vertically up in both toilets. Sewage waters came out from the floor when i was washing face right before leaving. Very dim light in master bathroom. No private sunbed. Driveway entrance from road is unmarked and has terrible path of 10 meters of very broken asphalt.

The staff were fantastic – special thanks to Sofia and Maria for their outstanding service and attentiveness throughout our stay! They couldn’t be more accommodating. Highly recommend. • David (9/5): A lovely place to stay. - It was a very comfortable villa with plenty of space and a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was well maintained and lovely to swim in. Nothing. It was all great.
