• ricijanda (10/5): - Co se líbilo, v podstatě vše. To, co bylo rezervováno, to jsme obdrželi. Hostitel komunikoval bez větších potíží. Použití klíče je virtuální, ať už pro hlavní vchod, nebo pro dveře do apartmánu. Asi 15 min chůze od apartmánu je Carrefour. Info k fotkám, foto je pořízený v den odjezdu. To jen aby si někdo nemyslel, že hostitel takto nechal postel a ručníky. Jediná nevýhoda je ta, že poblíž nejsou obchody (záleží, kdy kdo přijede) a v domě ani signál. Takže pokud by nebyla k dispozici wifi, tak jsme nahraný. V celým apartmánu absolutně bez signálu. A hlavní problém je parkování. Jinak v podstatě neni co vytknout.

• Androula (9/5): Spacious, sparkling clean apartment with buses that take you to the center! - Very spacious, sparkling clean, big modern tv! Washing machine and drier were very helpful! Many buses that take you to the city center! Very quick communication with the guys who manage the property. It was all great, the following are some small details: the sound isolation wasn’t that great, you can hear the neighbors quite a lot. Would be great to include a microwave. The bathtub window kept moving indoors making the shower a bit annoying; mentioned this to the guys who manage the place, they mentioned they’ll look into it ☺️
• Stephen (8/5): An excellent place to stay, if you wish to spend a couple of days in Rome. - The place itself has been nicely refurbished. It is clean and spacious and has a washing machine, a small kitchen, a nice living area, and a terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee and some chillout time. We were two adults and two children, and we all enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very central yet in a very sought-after area. The bus stop is 2 min away and goes around the Vatican. You can walk to the Vatican because it is around 2.5km away. Unfortunately the only annoying things were the noises coming from third parties. The flatlet is located in a block of apartments. As I said above, the flat was recently renovated, but the apertures were not changed, which means that they are wooden single-glazed windows. They do very little to prevent noise from coming in. Additionally, we were unlucky because the first night we arrived, the neighbour on top of the flatlet had some guests over, and you could hear every single thing they said till 4 am. I understand that this is pretty normal for a Mediterranean culture (I am coming from one), but as a guest house, it would been ideal that they invested some more money to block the noises caused by 3rd parties.
