Guest Reviews
- Robert (7/5): Not what we expected - Comfortable and clean. Plenty of space to stretch out and a short walk to most places in Rutherglen. King size bed with good pillows and comfortable mattress. Despite what it said in the facilities list, there was no bath. The Continental breakfast consisted of one choice of muesli, one choice of instant porridge and a loaf of fruit bread with butter. We had to go and buy some jam to spread on the toast as it was pretty bland on its own. The parking was on the street, which wasn't too bad as the street is really quiet. Unfortunately, the property also backs onto the local football oval, so Saturday morning we were woken early to the sounds of bouncing footballs and kids warning up for the game. We couldn't use the reverse cycle airconditioner after we went to bed as the compressor unit is mounted to the wall directly behind the bedhead, so the noise from it was too loud for us to sleep with it on.
- Gary (8/5): An enjoyable stay in Rutherglen, in a quiet street but close to town, it met our expectations - The property was comfortable and clean, and within walking distance to the town of Rutherglen. Breakfast provisions were modest but perhaps our expectations were too high.

- Diane (8/5): A good base for exploring the Rutherglen wineries and restaurants. - It is the spacious half of a modern house on the edge of town. For a three day stay not having a sink in the kitchenette was inconvenient. Parking is not onsite.
- Craig (10/5): -
- Robin (10/5): Peaceful serene quiet, well appointed & enjoyable stay. Far enough away from town close enough to access easily Far - Beautifully appointed, good facilities, very quiet yet convenient location, extremely comfortable bed & pillows, lovely facilities, serene garden & vineyard outlook: so peaceful & lovely we opted to stay an extra night! Nothing

- William (9/5): - A quiet location. Spacious and practical. Good access to Rutherglen shopping area. For a four-day stay, perhaps the used dishes could have been collected mid-stay, and the compost bin emptied
- Katherine (10/5): Highly recommended accommodation in great quiet private location. - Lovely quiet street. Safe parking. Spotlessly clean. Everything you could need from variety of tea & coffee, biscuits, sourdough toast, cereals, butter, quality toiletries, furnishings & linen. Spacious & comfortable. Perfect for a couple looking for a luxury place for a few nights.

- Paul (10/5): Delightful stay on Rutherglen. - The unit was well located within an easy walk to the town centre (although a bit cold at this time of year). The layout was fine. The overall presentation of the unit was delightful and it had a lovely feel to it. The heating was effective and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries provided were fine and fresh milk and a bottle red were lovely bonuses. Not much to include here.
- Josie (10/5): Peace and Privacy - The accommodation was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the electric blanket on the king size bed and the well equipped kitchenette with tea, coffee, breakfast items, and a jug of milk. The location was peaceful and private, yet close to the town centre and great restaurants and cafes.
We'll be back! Another tv in the bedroom would be a bonus, as my husband and I have different viewing tastes, but the book selection was interesting enough to give me a few choices.
No complaints, overall.
