Susana tejo (7/5): - La ubicación es excepcional, las vistas impresionantes y la accesibilidad a la playa perfecta primera línea de playa haciendo todo cómodo A pesar de ser un piso 11 con el aire acondicionado y los ventiladores conseguimos una temperatura ideal También el parking y la piscina es todo muy completo A la cocina le faltan utensilios siendo bastantes escasos y antiguos El baño es lo que menos me gustó, sobre todo el plato de ducha que hay encima unas gomas que dejan entrever un suelo debajo que da sensación de sucio, junto con el inodoro
angela (5/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage. Sie ist optimal für 3 Personen zur Übernachtung geeignet. Die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer ist super. Bereits im Flur denkt man, ob da jemand keine Lust mehr hatte zu streichen. Halbfertig. Die Küche ist nicht zum Kochen geeignet. Die Kücheneinrichtung inkl. Töpfe sollte erneut werden. Immerhin war der Kühlschrank neuwertig. Auch die Dusche haben wir nur mit Schuhen betreten. Gummimatten und die Holzumrandung (schon schwarz) sehen nicht so hygienisch aus. Fazit: Für den Preis bekommt man etwas besseres in Benidorm.
Barbara (6/5): Volvería otra vez si lo reformaran. - La ubicación, las vistas increibles, , el ascensor hasta la playa y la piscina común. El aparcamiento, y a nevera. Limpieza inicial, las malas condiciones de la cocina, sartenes cubiertos, además de insuficientes son muy antiguos. Tampoco hay tabla de planchar, el sofá cama está roto y sucio y la reforma deja mucho que desear. Hay aire acondicionado, pero es muy antiguo, y sin aire al ser un último piso, no se puede estar. Hay una habitación que no tiene ventana. Una pena, porque el inmueble en sí vale mucho la pena, sólo necesita una pequeña inversión.en reforma y un visita a Ikea.
