• Grace (8/5): Super convenient location, well equipped apartment - The location was a short walk away from the Santa Maria Novella station and was a 30 minutes walk away from the Duomo, we learnt almost everywhere in Florence is a 30 minute walk! But if you don’t feel like walking there is a tram station nearby, or e-bikes and scooters to rent. The apartment is very well equipped, with laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets.. etc. The bed and sofa are comfy and the amenities are useful and clean. Like in any Italian building, be careful of using too many electrical appliances at once as they may all shut off. However, super easy fix with a simple flick of the fuse switch outside the door.
• Dalisay (9/5): Superb - Clean and secure. Bedroom, bathroom and toilet are spacious. Short walk to tram, only 3 stations to city central. There was no clear instructions on how to check-in prior to arrival. We almost looked for an alternative accomodation for the night. Also, no prior information regarding paying Tourist Tax of 48 euros for 4 nights (without receipt).

• John (8/5): A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. - Very well equipped A short distance from rail station , on foot or tram, but difficult to find even using phone. Having a simple map or instructions would be very useful.
• Madelaine (9/5): Thouroughly recommend based on location, host, price, cleanliness and decor/equipment. - Tanja is great. Communication excellent and she met us at our car and helped to sort a small issue we were having with parking. She is super lovely and helpful. Location was great as the tram stop is at the end of the road which is 4 stops to the centre. The sofa could be more comfortable.

• Frances (8/5): A pleasant appartment. - The appartment was nicely furnished, had everything you could want for a short stay. Having a dishwasher was fine but why not have a few dishwasher tablets to get you started. Also only 1 toilet roll for a whole week and no extra rubbish bags. It would be useful to have an information sheet on how to use the air con, and where to put the rubbish.
