- Daniela (2/5): Very poor - Room at 5th Floor with no elevator , just narrow stairs and very high steps - you don't really want to climb 5 floors with your suitcase or even just after a day of sightseeing
- David (4/5): This is not a hotel, I’d recommend paying a little more for a proper hotel accommodation. - The two good points of this accommodation is the proximity to Akihabara and that you have a private bathroom. My stay was in the single room on the top level for three nights. This place is called a hotel, but it is not. There is no front desk or staff, there is no lift. The property is merely an apartment that’s been ‘re-imagined’ as accommodation. If you have an injury, a disability or are old the stairs are an extreme hazard. Even if you’re capable the stairs are still a hazard. The room was not particularly clean with random hair in the bed and dust on horizontal surfaces (the cleaners are likely not being paid enough to dust and clean properly). The bathroom is tiny and the shower curtain is too long, trying to shower with the curtain pushing against you is horrible. There is no curtain in the bedroom, you can’t block out the morning sun (just great if you’re tired or suffering jet lag). For the price this place offers poor value for money and it’s clear one would be better off paying slightly more for an actual hotel.

- Julian (10/5): More of an apartment than a hotel room - The place was close to Akihabara, we had short walks, we had space, comfortable beds, great facilities. We were overall happy. Contact to the hosts was easy and direct, there was an issue at one instance which was resolved very swiftly after a short contact. Honestly it's more of a vacation apartment than a hotel - so if you like room service who cleans every day and makes your bed, that's not the place for you. However if you actually prefer to have an apartment in Tokyo for yourself, this is your place. In our case we actually preferred it this way, we had a 3 week stay and for these three weeks it felt like home.

- Justin (6/5): A cheap, well located hotel that is unstaffed, and is worth the price for the location. - It was cheap and in a good location. Fairly easy to find with Google maps. The shampoo and toothpaste were both not good at all. My hair felt sticky and gross and it was almost impossible to brush my teeth with the toothpaste provided.

- Miyu (8/5): Good price hotel with kind staff; no elevator - The staff was extremely kind, helping me check in after regular hours. Very clean and big room with free toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, and slippers. Lots of outlets near the bed. No full length mirror in my room No elevator, so I had to lug my suitcases up four flights of stairs. But the kind staff helped me carry one of them.
