• Nora Inés (10/5): ¡Excelente estadía larga! - ¡Muy buena ubicación e instalaciones! A escasas cuatro cuadras del centro de Arroyo de la Miel. Frente a la parada de autobús y a pocos pasos del supermercado. ¡Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión! El apartamento es exactamente igual como lo muestran las fotos. ¡Volveríamos! ¡Todo estuvo muy bien!

• Elizabeth (8/5): Beautiful flat, has everything you could need, handy for shops and train. - Beautifully decorated, well equipped, great shower, comfortable bed, excellent location. Lack of blackout blinds - I struggle to sleep if not pitch black. Street lights right outside the property (sun room/enclosed balcony faced the main road though) which meant the room was too bright for me all night. Lack of outdoor space as gardens inaccessible due to pools being closed. Air-con on 2 hour timer which meant we woke up hot every few hours and had to put it back on.
• Nataliia (10/5): - This is one of the tidiest apartments I stayed it. It is also equipped and ergonomic. Renfe train station is 10 minutes away walk, beautiful park and Mercadona are even more close, as well as a lot of restaurants, stores and fruterias. Sea is around 15-20 minutes away. The windows look into an active street but it was not noisy inside. There is a big and quiet pool area with a park around it, where you can chill on the grass looking at the sea. Or you pay for a shezlong and stay next to the pool. The owner is responsive. There is a reception, which can help with questions about the neighbourhood. I would consider this place next time. Bed was not totally comfortable, too soft for me.
• Gregser76 (9/5): Excellent apartment and stay. - The apartment was spotless and well appointed. There was pretty much everything you could need for staying on a self catering basis. The shower was good and the Aircon was perfect for cooling the living room as the weather was hot and humid. It's not a criticism of the apartment, but the block it is situated in is quite old (70's decor) and needs some updating. When we arrived at night it was a little bit daunting as there isn't much furniture, it was quite dark in the halls and corridors and the assistant is merely someone who minds the keys.
• David (7/5): Mooi appartement alleen nog puntjes op de i - Mooi appartement met een goed en comfortabel bed De airco die om de 2 uur uit ging. Midden in de nacht werd je zwetend wakker en moest je uit bed om weer aan te zetten. En er was geen water druk in de douche. Erg vervelend als je lang haar hebt.
• Paul (9/5): When all the renovations are completed this will be a great place to stay - Very well equipped modern apartment in a more residential area of Benalmadena. Very well located for the M121 bus which is a great help to get up and down the hill to the beach and marina. The host was very responsive with communication. 2 great swimming pools with a small charge of€3 per day for sun beds. Fantastic supermarket across the road and many friendly bars and restaurants nearby. This apartment is in a block of apartments where some are under going renovation at the time of our visit so could be very noisy during the day time with building work.
• guadalupe (7/5): Bien, con apreciaciones - Apartamento bien aprovechado. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. La zona de piscina y jardines nos gustó muchísimo. El aparcamiento mejor de lo que pensamos, en la cuesta hacía la playa se aparcaba siempre bien. Supermercado al lado. El timer del aire acondicionado hace que te tengas que levantar varias veces por la noche. La terraza fue imposible usarla pq en esta época del año es una sauna. La subida andando desde la playa en esta época es criminal. En la limpieza y equipamiento debimos tener muy mala suerte. El suelo estaba lleno de pelos y pelusas, en alguna toalla e incluso dentro de la nevera había. La tapa del WC con manchas muy visibles. Fui a limpiarlo y no había ni bayetas, papel de cocina, servilletas ...con lo que limpie con papel higiénico. No había gel de manos, y el champú y del de ducha escaso. Escribí al propietario y a las 3 horas estaba la señora de limpieza que me trajo los productos de baño, y papel. Ni la botella de agua de la nevera...que es lo de menos claro.
• sergio (9/5): Muy bueno - Está muy completo no falta nada hasta tendedero de ropa la verdad muy bonito y limpio me gustó mucho . Solo una cosa que podría mejorar es el timer del aire acondicionado ya que te permite 2 horas máximo encendido y por las noches me he despertado varias veces por calor y tenía que volver a encenderlo. De nuestra parte si eso se corrige repetiremos sin duda.

• Raman (10/5): Exceptional - As soon as we entered, we liked the apartment. Very cozy and harmonious! Wonderful color scheme, design, and decor. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome gift of two bottles of water and coffee capsules. Everything was clean and new. The convenience was very well thought out, especially in the kitchenette - though it is small, everything is at hand and well-equipped. Good quality dishes. They even provided laundry detergent, which is quite rare. A pleasant balcony with a beautiful view. Nearby, there is a large store, fruit shop, and a park. Would be nice to have cooking oil and shampoo. The towels were clean but stained.
• Sarah (10/5): Very modern apartment with all the mod cons - This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. It is very modern and spotless. The owner has spent a lot of money on the mattress and pillows, it was the best sleep I’ve had whilst being abroad. The shower was great and powerful, which sometimes can be a problem when you’re abroad. The sitting area is great for having breakfast in the morning with the sun shining in. Overall, it was a great stay and I am looking forward to booking again in the future. If I was to think of something it would be that there was no safe to put valuables in during the stay and that if you are trying to watch tv in bed you half to turn onto your side to see the tv as it’s at the right hand side of you and not straight facing. However, this does not bring the apartment down in any way. It was a great stay and I would book again.

• Brian (10/5): First solo travel and I couldn’t have chose a better place to stay - The property was very clean, with a nice modern look to it. I was made very welcome on my arrival with the staff being very helpful. Would 10/10 stay here again! Honestly couldn’t say a bad thing about it
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - The apartment was lovely and had all mod cons and was very comfortable. I wasn't aware it was a private apartment in a big residential complex , but nevertheless it was nice. It was in a good location, with everywhere we visited a 20min walk in any direction. The communication with the host via messages was very good, and Hector was ever so obliging and helpful. It stated private pool / 3 pools in the facilities section, this was not accurate. The pool is a facility for all residents and only one pool located out in the garden of the complex.
