- David (7/5): Nice house for someone with a car, but could use some maintenance. - beautiful views. Large open plan with two major common areas. The house wasn't particularly well maintained. Nothing really serious but lights broken and one of the rooms without air conditioning had a ceiling fan that only ran at full speed - it was hot weather for us and it was very hard to sleep in that room. The dishwasher had an "out of order" sign on it. Annoying things that would be fairly easily fixed. The other thing is the location. The view is fabulous but to get there you have to walk up quite a few pretty crap stairs - without a car the walk up and down the hill is fairly painful, especially if you're carrying anything significant. I would not recommend it to people without a car.
