All the sofas and chairs bear traces of liquid, making them look disgusting. The quilts in the closet even have blood stains. The bedsheets and bedding are all pilled. It's very uncomfortable. After communicating with the landlord, his attitude was extremely poor.

• Lauren (4/5): The apartment was ok for me because I only slept there and was out most of the day but I wouldn’t be able to “live” ther - It was quite modern which was nice Wasn’t very clean and after waiting an hour and a half outside the property because the host has his phone switched off to be honest expected more after seeing how lovely the photos were

Didn’t get any value for my money - Not matching what was advertised in the picture Elevator wasn’t functioning, we struggled badly to get our heavy luggages up to the fourth floor of the building. Bathroom was a mess as the shower water would not flow away as it appeared to be blocked. Stuffy smell in apartment. Chair looking so dirty. My partner left with itchy skin

• Alison (1/5): It was cancelled a few hours before we were due to arrive due to a water leak. Whether that was true or not I don’t know - Didn’t get the chance to find out, our booking was cancelled a few hours before we were due to arrive. The fact that our booking was cancelled at the very last minute.
• E (6/5): Clean and airy but ultimately disappointing, plus NO PARKING!! - The apartment was clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The wifi was super fast as well. It was slightly complicated picking up the keys from the shop over the road, the fob to get into the main door of the apartment block only worked half the time. The apartment had very basic amenities, and no toaster (I mean, if you're going to have a kettle then why wouldn't you have a toaster?!). Absolutely no dishwashing cleaning products (nothing for the dishwasher or dish soap), plus no hand soap in the bathroom, which is a pretty basic requirement. The sheets were clean but pretty cheap and bobbly, and there were only three small towels provided for a potential of three people. Plus we couldn't find any bedding for the sofa bed either, although luckily our 3rd guest ended up staying somewhere else. The parking situation was tricky too, and we had to park a good 10 minute walk away (despite us being told it was a couple of minutes away). It was affordable, but we won't be booking again.

• Nigel (7/5): Clean me tidy apartment - Clean and tidy There was no parking only street parking which is permit holder only so was a nightmare. Getting the key is a mission especially as there was nowhere to park
• Neil (7/5): Weekend training - Very pleased with actual apartment clean big and new. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Area was a little rundown wife felt unsafe walking about late at night especially good uber coverage tho.
• Claire (9/5): Great size, great location! - Good location, it was raining the whole weekend we stayed so we used taxis, but only around £6-7 each way to the station. Very spacious, and a super comfy bed in the bedroom. Smart TV with Prime/Netflix etc. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and there was some butter, porridge oats, condiments etc left for us. Bathroom has a shower over the bath that's easy to use, and even had some toiletries left for us. The host was really easy to contact, and gave detailed instructions for getting the key etc. A very easy stay and nice building! We left a jacket there and the hosts very kindly posted it back to us immediately, arriving within a day! It's described as suitable for 4 people, however the Sofa bed isn't very wide, and wasn't long enough for me (5'6") to lie straight without bending my legs, and wasn't comfortable. Just two other niggly things; there were 4 cups but only 1 glass which seems odd for an apartment suitable for 4 people, we bought our own. And there's just one mirror so if there are a couple of people getting ready, the bathroom can get crowded.
