• Ainhoa (10/5): - Alojamiento con ubicación excelente para visitar Nicosia, a 15 minutos andando del centro y en una zona tranquila. Limpio, amplio y con todo lo que se puede necesitar. La comunicación con Pafos era inmediata, nos permitió hacer el Check-in antes de la hora y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos agua y café para desayunar. Totalmente recomendable 😊

• Tjaša (9/5): Great stay! - The apartment itself was very nice, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a residential building that isn’t the most stylish/modern, but once inside the apartment, everything felt welcoming and well equipped. The huge terrace is a great feature, though we didn’t get to use it much as it was extremely hot (around 40°C in June). One thing to keep in mind is that the sound insulation isn’t great. We could hear doors slamming and sometimes loud furniture moving from other residents, mostly above (which felt just like home! 😁). It didn’t affect us too much since we were out most of the day, and at night earplugs did the trick, but it’s worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise. On the positive side, having a dedicated parking space was brilliant – no stress about finding a spot. The building also has a small elevator, which made going up and down with luggage much easier. Overall, a cozy and practical apartment which served us really well during our stay. -

• Steven (10/5): Extraordinarily well equipped and very comfortable - I’ve stayed in more than 100 home stay apartments and this is one of the best equipped. The kitchen and bathroom have almost everything most people have in their own homes. Lots of cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and even a small assortment of spices & condiments. Shampoos and body wash in the shower. Even toothpaste, bandaids and assorted other bathroom items. Also laundry detergent. Plus drinking water, a few beers and some snacks in the refrigerator. Literally every time I needed something I found it exactly where I would store the items. They even provide some umbrellas and a large tote bag you can use for shopping. I only stayed 3 nights but the apartment is great for longer stays because it is so well equipped, spacious and comfortable. All appliances work very well including kitchen appliances, AC, and good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Good natural light in all rooms and good interior lighting options. Comfortable bed, comfortable living room, Smart TV and very spacious all around including the large balcony. Great communication from the host who also provides excellent directions for arrival including street photos making it easy to find the building and the convenient parking spot. Even though they have double pane windows there is some traffic noise. It didn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper you might want to use ear plugs. It’s not located on a big street but the street has some traffic most of the day. It’s quieter late night but never totally silent for very long. I never heard any car horns. Just the sound of moving vehicles. If you’re more than 1.9 meters tall you might have to bend your head in the shower. No problem at all for me at 1.73 😁

There is a shop downstairs which is open until 10pm and a convenient parking space. I can't find anything negative to say.

• Renato (10/5): Amazing, perfect and hospitable hosts and a big, spacious apartment! - The accommodation is very well organized and very big and spacious, has all the appliances that you might need to either cook, iron your clothes, adapters for electrical outlets, etc. It also has a big terrace. What is the best about the accommodation is a super helpful and kind owner - we sent him all sorts of messages with requests, and always received a fast and positive response. You can't drink tap water but the hosts left a lot of water for us in the fridge! The inability to throw toilet paper in the toilet is a bit uncomfortable but it's a common problem for a lot of places on the island.

• Lili (7/5): Good - Communication with Tasos was very good. The apartment has amenities such as coffee, tea, paper towels, dish and laundry detergents, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It has the necessary appliances including microwave, nespresso machine, and washing machine. Not enough power outlets (none in the bathroom), the shower head doesn't have strong pressure, and it would be nice to have a mirror in the 2nd bedroom.
• Ivanka (9/5): Superb - Great attitude and hospitality. The apartment is spacious and there is everything one can need. Brilliant! Just the noise from the street is the only drawback. Everywhere the windows in Nicosia are like that - you can here the noise of the cars.
