Andrea (9/5): - I loved the chickens running around. Pool was nice. Staff friendly Your website! I found it very difficult to use. I was looking for a caravan that accepts dogs. A link would be useful. There was also a discrepancy over the leave time in the morning. I messaged via the contact form and the replies I received were extremely unhelpful, bordering on rude.
Lynda (10/5): - The site had a fantastic situation in amongst the rolling hills of the countryside. It was extremely well looked after and the staff were really happy and friendly. The caravan was superb all the facilities you would want and very clean . The only thing that let the site down was the fact that the club house was only open Friday and Saturday evening which to my mind was ridiculous as it should be providing a service to the campers and open a lot more.

Gareth1971 (8/5): Andrewshayes Axminster - Location is great, hot tub is massive and luxurious but needs an arm to help with the lid. Staff very friendly. Out of date mouldy waffles left in cupboard (previous guests). Dust on some canopies. Leaking under sink in shower room (reported).

In the bedroom and lounge the caravan could have done with some lamps as the main lights are quite bright. At nighttime I like to read and only having the main light meant that you had to get up to switch the light off!

Rachel (8/5): We had a great time and would definitely stay again - Overall we loved our stay. We stayed in a Beech 2 static caravan which was lovely and spacious, and had everything we needed. The holiday park was great, the staff were very friendly, the shop had the basics we needed, and the playground and pool went down very well with our children (3 and 5 years old). We had one meal at the restaurant, which was very nice. At night time the park was very quiet and we all slept well. It also seemed very dog friendly. We visited the Donkey Sanctuary, Lyme Regis and Charmouth beach and had a fantastic time. The only negatives for us were the road noise, which was busy even at night. The swimming pool also got very busy. It isn't staffed and there a lot of older children who were causing any problems, but were quite boisterous and a bit over whelming for the smaller children... there were lots of toys and large inflatables (which technically aren't allowed, but as it isn't staffed there is no one around to enforce this rule). On the day we arrived the pool was empty, which was great!
Hayden (7/5): Good - Very clean Close to main road, so you can hear the traffic at night, bed was very uncomfortable and was not made on arrival, parking space for your car was on grass at the side of the caravan and not hard standing space at the side of the caravan. We had a lot of rain when we stayed and my car got very close to getting stuck in the mud where the car was parked. Also, when getting out of the car, you stepped into mud, not very good for a 4* establishment.

Mariana (10/5): Relaxing - Great caravan, the hot tub was set up and ready when we arrived! Very relaxing environment. We arrived after 8pm but the receptionist on duty found us straight away and showed us everything we needed to know. Great environment at the local pub. The wi-fi didn't reach our caravan. We were a bit cold on the first night but then we realised we had to turn the heating on ourselves.
Caroline (9/5): Superb - Accommodation was great, it felt like new, Impeccably clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were fantastic and the grounds were very well kept. Kids loved the pool and was great they had an 8am to 9am adult only swimming slot. Very minor outside seating at the bar, it would of been better if it had been a larger area.
