- Alina (4/5): Good location, but overall disappointing stay — hidden fees, very dark room, poor shower setup, and noisy in the evening - Unfortunately, we didn’t have a great experience at this property. A week before arrival, we were asked to pay the city tax of 52 euro + an extra €30 to avoid a €300 deposit for damages — this was hidden in the fine print, which felt misleading. We even had to call Booking to check if the payment link was legit. The location itself was good — safe area, close to public transport, and about 10 min by tram from Centrale Station, with nice restaurants nearby. The studio, however, was very dark — not at all as bright as shown in the photos. It was clean, but there was almost no natural light (I had to do my makeup practically by feel). The shower door wasn’t sealed properly, so water leaked onto the floor after every shower. The floor towel wasn’t enough, and since towels weren’t changed during our 4-night stay, we had to reuse a wet one the entire time. Also, the room faces an internal courtyard, and in the evenings there was quite a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs, especially when they were taking out the trash. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property. Almost everything.

- Louis (8/5): Very good - Brand new, very clean, well equipped. On my second day at 11pm I started hearing very loud glass noises and shouting from the restaurant staff on the ground floor. Otherwise pretty quiet.
