Fatin (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED - - We booked last minute cause were too tired to drive during late night. But the number provided was unreacheable. both whatsapp and call also straight to voicemail. I waited but no response, they only replied 3 hours later saying the place is ready, but i have booked another place cause i waited for too long already. Howevr they wont refund me.

Siti (1/5): Bad - I can't even check in the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the employee told me the room was in damage because of the previous guest. There are no empty rooms prepared for me. No one contact me to informed about this problem. I had to find another hotel at the last minute. I also didn' get the fully payment that I have paid already to booked the hotel. It's really a waste of my time and energy to check in here because I come from another state. Please upgrade your service.

Got 2 air-conditioning, 2 queen size bed, small bath tub, big mirror in bathroom and in the room, hair drier, iron, iron board, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, 2 plate, few spoons and forks, round dining table 4 seaters and balcony. All working very well. 1 big adult swimming pool and 1 small children swimming pool. Gym with a lot of equipment. Can see KLCC but a bit far. Public toilet is clean. Near to MRT Semantan. The water heater shower suddenly became super hot even I put it to the neutral and make me shock when I was taking a shower 😂 The bed make a bit noise. The pillow got a smell, need to spray my perfume to reduce the smell.
