Walking distance to the train station and to restaurants and everything in Koblenz. The owner went out of their way to put extras stuff in the unit. There was coffee, sugar, tea, and everything needed to cook. They even opened the laundry room for us. The unit is big, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation. The first picture of the property whirlpool is no longer there. We thought there was two whirlpool tubs, but the first picture with the round tub was replaced with the oval tub. Not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay. However, if you’re expecting two Jacuzzi tubs, one has been replaced with the other one. Just to note the owner was very accommodating. Whenever we contacted her, she got right back to us. The hot water went out during our stay and she got it fixed super fast.

• Megan (7/5): Brief stay in Koblenz - It was centrally located. The lollies and fruit were a nice surprise on arrival. The apartment was warm and clean. The key entry to the building and apartment were difficult to use. The owner did try to help, but we still struggled. The water from the shower was luke-warm, which was challenging in the middle of winter.

• Lorena (10/5): Nice Apartment Near Koblenz Waterfront - The apartment was very clean and well appointed. There was even a bowl of fresh fruit provided on the dining table! It was unseasonably warm while we were there, and there was no AC. However, there were fans available. The bedroom we chose was facing the street, and even though our windows were open, it wasn't too loud. Our bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and there was sufficient hot water. The location suited our needs, within walking distance of the KD embarkation point. I felt safe while there. I contacted the host several times. They responded quickly and were very accommodating. The curtains in our bedroom didn't close all the way, and there were shafts of light shining in from the street outside. I like my bedroom to be cold, dark and quiet.
• Jeremy (10/5): Large, comfortable apartment in a great location. - This is a great apartment with lots of space & very good facilities. The location is perfect, right by the old town. We were very comfortable here and wish we’d had more than one night. Parking was five minutes away in the Altlörhrtor car park and costs €20 for 24 hours.

Surprised by how large and comfortable the apartment was. Check in instructions were easy, so in all a very pleasant surprise. No parking, but around the corner is a large shopping mall with pay parking deck, so can simply park there.
• Nicholas (10/5): Excellent size, fantastic location, and well-furnished. - Many rooms in the apartment - total of 4! Bathroom is very well-furnished - there is a whole array of toiletries to use. Terrace facing the street is very nice as well. Location of the apartment is also fantastic. The host was also kind to let us access the washing machine (located in a private room). Generous provision of sparkling water, coffee, and kitchen equipment. In summer, the apartment feels hot. There are fans but it would be good to have more fans (one in each room).

• Glenn (9/5): An excellent family-sized place to stay in the centre of Koblenz - This is an exceptional place to stay in the centre of Koblenz. It's right on the pedestrian street and is a great large space for a family. It is 4 bedrooms, not 3 (as the german language title indicates), has a quirky layout, but it works. This was the only place in our tour around Europe where each of our three children had their own bedroom! The host is very accommodating and leaves fruit, snacks and other supplies which is a great bonus. The WiFi is very fast. There is a lot of light from the street and two of the bedrooms have inadequate curtains so the room is very bright at night. If you are using the trains to get around it is a long walk to the Hauptbahnhof - this was made worse during our stay by a rail drivers strike in Germany which is not the fault of the host, but meant we couldn't move around much and had to leave early.

• Tanya (8/5): Great location, however noisy if you want to sleep in - Our host provided us with an array of groceries and it was such a spacious apartment. Great value for money, our 4 teenage kids loved the apartment. It had so many lovely touches, I felt like I was staying with family! Unfortunately, we didn't have access to a washing machine and the hot water stopped working after only 3 people had showered. It was noisy in the morning from the street below. It took us ages to understand how to use the key as we had never used one like it before but once we were in, it was a lovely apartment.
