• Claire (7/5): A decently priced find - The balcony is such a win! A great space to have to settle down and relax. It does mean you get a fair bit of noise from the bars/restaurants around there. Ear plugs help at night. The apartment felt like someone's home and was very safe. The entry system is a real blast the first time you get there, but becomes much simpler. The apartment is in a great location, right on the beach and near restaurants, but that comes with noise. The complex is quite tired and a bit dated. But for how long you're in rather than out exploring, I guess it doesn't matter.

• Farrel (5/5): Was very disappointing - Great location The price was not justified for what we received. The property appeared run down, and the furnishings were notably cheap. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and only one long, lumpy cushion was provided for two guests. A deep clean was certainly needed, particularly in the bathroom. Furthermore, basic amenities like cleaning detergents and washing-up utensils were absent, and the shower and hand soap dispensers were reused, old bottles.

Very clean and equipped with everything you need. A wide balcony with a lovely view. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I can't wait to get back.

Location could not be better The key for the front gate (or the front gate lock) did not work very well. There was also building work going on in the next apartment. Drilling and hammering from early in the morning. It is hard for me to believe the apartment owners did not know this would be happening.

Easy access to the beaches and Marina bars and restaurants. I got a bit lost but great communication from Pepe and his colleague sorted things out. A lovely budget appt with everything you need. The bed was a little uncomfortable (mattress a bit thin for my taste) but the AC was a life saver.
• Satish (10/5): Fantastic stay - The location was fantastic. Carmen the owner was so helpful to us, for that I thank her so much. The flat was very clean and tidy. We had no problems. I highly recommend this place. It was a wonderful stay. It made our holiday experience wonderful. May be if there was a AC unit in the lounge. Other than that nothing else.

Better options out there - It’s a nicely located flat / the issue is that it’s in a residential building and if you are to check in late like I had to - the caretaker was not there and was told to wait outside for other people to open the main gate so I could get in . It was quite a hassle

• Krista (6/5): Great location, BASIC apartment. - The location is lovely, a washer in the apartment is so convenient. Security is also good. Strong water pressure. The owner did buy a table and 2 chairs for the dining area, a clothes drying rack, a colander, a dish drying rack, & a mattress cover when we asked (but should we have had to ask?). The apartment suffers from deferred maintenance & poor deep cleaning. The equipment provided is missing or of the lowest quality. BEDROOM: the sheets were see-through and limp (only one long pillowcase for two pillows?!) the pillows were hard and lumpy. The mattress is very firm, we didn’t mind too much but be aware. The a/c blew dust aggravating my allergies and under the bed had months of dust. (This was deep cleaned when requested but should we have to request?) only one a/c unit in the bedroom making it difficult to adjust the temperature in the living area. BATHROOM: Mold and leaking caulk in the shower. KITCHEN: very limited equipment, only 3 fry pans and one large soup pot for cooking.
