• Lucila (4/5): Too many broken things and no one to solve them - The flat is big and comfortable, has the potential to be a great stay. The main bedroom's window's blinds didn't work - closing off one balcony and covering the view (which is WHY we chose that appartment). We contacted them immediately about that and they didn't do anything during the whole stay (6 days!). The pipes under the kitchen sink were broken and they'd put a bowl to contain the falling water. With no notice that this was the situation, we wet all the floor when washing dishes and couldn't wash dishes at any other point in our stay. There is a CONSTANT noise of dripping water in one of the radiators which is heard in every room at every single moment of the day. The wifi was .... embarrassing. Super slow. Potentially has very slow MB. The shower was coming out cold the whole first day, only upon calling did we realize that the electrical switch would automatically shut down ocasionally: a little message indicating this at the beginning of our stay would have gone a long way there. The coffee machine was half-broken, exploded on us during use, made all the kitchen dirty. Ultimately, the stay was too expensive for a host who is so inattentive to detail and unresponsive. The flat in itself has a lot of potential, but its clear that there is no time and budget invested into making the stay a really enjoyable one.

• Radosław (10/5): - Very big and spacious apartment. Everything was great. Very vibrant part of city. Great if you want to see more local side of Athens. Extremely hard to find parking spot.

• Artur (9/5): - Location might seem somewhat unappealing at first (lots of graffitis, some anti-tourist advertising), but overall the neighbourhood is really quiet and calm. I really recommend using buses to move around, we walked to city centre for a few days but it gets really cumbersome, might as well save some strength to move around the attractions. Like I said, the street might seem kind of unwelcoming at first, but it's kind of characteristic to Exarcheia neighbourhood. It's very heavy on alternative, anti capitalism movement, but it might be even a plus for someone.
• Grant (8/5): Clean and comfortable. - Clean and tidy. Good layout inside. Good security (the front door is bomb proof :) ) The location is close to attractions but not very welcoming. Lots of anti-tourist graffiti. Never felt unsafe but it did make me feel a bit unwelcome. Staff at local restaurants were always friendly.

• Alan (9/5): Superb - Great facility, lots of room for group of 5., balcony on both sides of building with view of Acropolis and Lycabettus. It would be useful to have a hook on the wall for the shower hose in the small bathroom. No mirror in the bedrooms.

• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - A wonderful apartment and really welcoming hosts. The young man who gave us the keys was really kind and polite and gave us some lovely recommendations of places to eat - we tried all of them and were amazed! I stayed there with 5 other friends and the apartment had everything we needed, was spacious and just perfect for a small group of people. It was wonderful to have a terrace and the view from the bedrooms was incredible. You can even see the Acropolis from there! We also loved the neighbourhood - full of character and small shops, bars/ cafés and bookshops. We felt really lucky to be able to stay there. Thank you so much! This is a very small, quite insignificant thing, but it would be nice to have more pillows and bigger ones if possible. We only had 1 pillow each and they were very small.

And great view from the many balconies There are only two things that are bad. One is that the apartment smells like cigarettes (!!) and that the bed in the last bedroom wobbles and creaks with every breath you take so we had to switch bedrooms in the middle of the night. Should be fixable though.
• Florian (9/5): Superb - Nice roomy apartment with all the necessities for a stay in Athens. Periklis was waiting for us for check-in and provided great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Shower curtains might be a good addition to the apartment to avoid flooding the bathrooms while showering. Also dish towels and kitchen tissues would have been welcome.

The apartment is close to lycabetus hill (10 mins walk) and 30 mins from the downtown. The location was perfect for our trip. Apartment was clean and the space was enough for 5-6 people. We enjoyed it a lot. All was very good 🙏
