• Lilian (3/5): I should have stayed at a hotel - The location is great and the host was helpful. The apartment is at the 5th floor of a walk up builduing. DO NOT reccommend if u have large suitcases, and just for the the general comfort of everyday life. Apparently the building does not allow Airbnb. We were met with a sign on the ground floor saying that we were staying illegally, and the next day they put gun in our keyhole do prevent us from opening the door.

• Veronika (2/5): Very poor - Location is super, in centro Comunication with owners was horrible. Adress was partial, without number. We didn't find accomodation. Telephone was not operate. Horrible arrival. Bed was horrible, so much small for 2 people.

• Nachtsheim (4/5): Very good location, service company always available for questions (e.g we had issues with the keys to unlock the doors - central, dog allowed, flexible arrival/departure When we arrived the apartment was completely dirty (we asked for early check in at 14h instead of 15h), so we had to go out again until the apartment was done, however at 15h all that changed was that the bedsheets were done, however nothing was vacuum cleaned, everywhere was the dirt of the previous customers, also in the shower! This was disgusting! And the lady who gave us the keys was already gone. Furthermore as mentioned in other feedback the apartment smelled HORRIBLE - very toxic and like chlorine- this can’t be good for the health!! Even after opening the window the smell didn’t vanish! There is no proper heating but only air conditioning available. We had to pay an additional fee for the dog on arrival (30€)
• Mathias (8/5): Weekend stay 2 kids, 2 adults - Very good location in the middle of Madrid. Well connected with metro and bus and a lot of shops and restaurants around. Still not too loud. Clean apartment with all necessary equipment. It would be nice to have some more plates and cutleries. The eating space was very small. Not really suitable for 4 persons, even with kids. Use the air conditioning for heating, it can be very cold in winter.
• Daisielyn (4/5): STAY AWAY - STINKS CHLORINE - Location. The whole apartment stinks chlorine upon arrival until the end of stay. Upon receiving the keys we already mentioned the strong chlorine smell but the host only speaks spanish. Though translated, no comment. We slept with open windows, woke up with headache and itchy eyes. We left the apartment with open windows while we were in town and again the whole night. Chilly november even inside the apartment as a result. We contacted the host through booking.com message and even sms, no reply. We asked if they have another apartment to rent for replacement. No reply. The stink was though lesser upon check out but this wasnt a wish on a holiday and specially for our health! It was really like going inside the swimming hall and be there the whole night and morning. Stay away.
• Eglė (10/5): Exceptional - The appartament has everything you could need for a stay, coffee was great! We stayed for a week, so It would have been great to have few sets of towels, there wasn't. Be aware that there is no elevator, the apartament is on the top floor and has cute wooden squeeky stairs leading to It. the apartament has strict rules of silent time between 23:00 until 8:00, and the walls are not sound proof, we could hear the neighbours watching TV and showering, so we tried to be as silent as we could :) also, the host doesn't speak english, but the communication still worked! overall, we liked the apartament ❤️
• Dejana (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and cozy. The apartment is in the city center, so everything was very close. Communication with the hosts was easy and great.
• Ruiyang (3/5): Poor - the sheet and cover isn’t clean.I doubt that the staff changes it.
• Çağla (10/5): Definetly recommended. - Absolutely best location. Easy to access with metro from subway. Location in the hearth of the city but quiet. Cozy apartment super clean and comfy. Maybe just no elevator. 5 floors a bit diffcult.
