• Jenna (7/5): Great central location. The host was very responsive. Facilities were disappointing. - The location was outstanding. It is right in old town. The washing machine doesn’t work. This was a large reason why we chose this accommodation so that was a huge disappointment. Also, the kitchen is so small that you can’t actually cook. This was the other reason we booked.

• Gorica (4/5): - Jako prljavo.Kuhanja apsolutno prljava,nema časa,šolja,a i to što ima je otpad.Tepih u dnevnoj sobi nikad opran,a ugaona se raspada.Takodje one ponjave na ugaonoj su potpuno promenile boju od nepranja. Jako prljavo je sve.Ulaz u stan grozan.

Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi, sorularımızı çok detaylı yanıtladı, şehir hakkında bilgi verdi ve çok yardımcı oldu. Kalabalık ekipler için kesinlikle çok iyi bir seçenek. Binanın içi biraz ürkütücü ve pis olsa da ev çok huzurlu ve tertemiz içiniz rahat olsun

• Al (3/5): An outdated, poorly maintained apartment with misleading photos, unpleasant odors, safety issues, and little comfort, fa - The location This apartment is in an old building on the 2nd floor with no elevator, which is challenging if you have a lot of luggage. The listing photos are heavily photoshopped or very outdated, and the reality is quite different. The apartment is in urgent need of deep renovation and proper maintenance. During our stay we found: • Bathroom with a persistent musty smell and black stains/discoloration on shower seals (likely mold) — not hygienic at all. • Washing machine with a bad odor. • Loose or defective electrical sockets, some without proper covers, which is unsafe. • Only small hand towels provided, no large bath towels. • Unfinished and damaged areas around walls, doors, and sockets. • The bed in the master bedroom is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The only thing working properly was the air conditioning. Overall, the apartment’s condition does not match the description on Booking.com and was a disappointment compared to what was advertised.

• Dejan (10/5): Top location - Top location. In the centre, few steps to Baščaršija. Smooth check in. Parking is the only problem. Hard to get beside the app. Second option is expensive garage parking at hotel Europa, 20€ per day( cash only)
• Syed (10/5): Exceptional - It is the best place to stay in Mostar. Nice and clean spacious room , and view from the balcony is extraordinary. We will definitely come back to this place and I highly recommend, And one more thing I have to say about this place is the owner lady she was so amazing she helped us a lot, seriously I thought I was staying in my sister house she treat us like a her own family , we just felt like a home.

• Debbie (5/5): We just needed a room for a few hours prior to a late flight. The host was amazing and responsive. - Central location with great communications from the host. The communal area and stairwell were extremely dusty and off putting, but for the rate we paid, the apartment once inside was great.

• Emma (6/5): Great host, nice apartment but very noisy and hot. - The host! The host was amazing, great with communication and on hand all the time. The location for seeing the sights is good. You’re right in the middle of all the bars so music blared until 2-3am on all the nights we were there. There is no air conditioning and it was 37 degrees so we had to have the windows open making it impossible to sleep.
• Evangelia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in the heart of Sarajevo, so one gets to experience its vibrant nightlife. The host was such a cool guy! Super helpful and available to help at any time! He offered us plenty of advice, e.g. parking area, etc and had no problem when we asked to check out a bit later. Definitely recommend 😁✌🏻 Kitchen a bit small but that's not a huge problem for shorter stays
