• Şimonca (1/5): - I did not receive the reserved room and at 11:30 pm when I arrived at the reserved room I was forced to stay on the street, they said night . Nu am mai avut niciun hotel dispinibil la ora târziu in care am stat in strada. Și nu am primit nici rambursarea banilor înapoi
• Gomes (1/5): There was no stay - This accommodation received the payment and disappeared, it didn’t give me any answer, it has no commitment or responsibility, luckily there were hotels for me to sleep, I don’t recommend this accommodation

• Roseann (1/5): Absolutely terrible booking.com & host have took my money & I was left with nothing. - Nothing couldn't get access to the property despite calling the host several times had to pay for alternative accommodation NOTHING COULD NOT GET ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION DESPITE CALLING THE HOST SEVERAL TIMES. HAD TO PAY FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION
• Gloria Efua (1/5): - When my husband, my 3-month-old baby, and I arrived, there was no one to let us in. I contacted the property manager, but received no response. I then reached out to booking.com customer service and was told I'd get a response within 24 hours, but I still haven't heard back. I had exams the following morning, and considering we were tired from a long journey (Bournemouth to Northampton), we had to stay in a very expensive room elsewhere.

• Shingirai (10/5): Beautiful apartment will definitely come back again - The location is great, close to the high street and all the nice eateries . I really like this house, the decoration is simple and stylish, all kinds of utensils are fully equipped, the environment is quiet, it will not disturb the sleep. And it is very close to the station, and town centre.
