• Iván (7/5): Estupenda calidad precio, aunque mejorable en aspectos - Ubicación, conexión, y camas amplias y suficientes para un grupo grande Suciedad. Útiles rotos (secador de pelo, calefacción de una habitación..)

• Jan Peter (7/5): Verblijf 7 scrubslane aug 2025. - Openbaar vervoer was dichtbij. Zowel meerdere buslijnen als de metro. Verder was het fijn dat er genoeg voorzieningen waren zoals afwasmachine,.wasmachine, droger, oven, magnetron. Voor 5 personen was t ruim genoeg. Denk bij meer dan 8 dat het te krap wordt. De bovenste douche kon niet gebruikt worden. Het water van de beneden douche was veel te heet en niet goed af te stellen. Beetje aparte geur bij entre, maar niet in het appartement zelf.
• Mona (4/5): Vi hade en underbar resa till London, men boendet kan vi inte rekommendera. - Läget var perfekt för vårt behov. Nära till kollektivtrafik. Lägenheten skulle ha behövt en grundlig städning. Heltäckningsmattorna var väldigt dammiga. Det luktade väldigt starkt av fuktskada. Till den grad att två från vår grupp fick reaktioner på detta. Ena duschen fungerade inte alls under hela vistelsen och trots att vi meddelade om detta, blev den inte reparerad. En stor utmaning eftersom vi var 7 personer. Ägaren svarade överhuvudtaget inte på våra förfrågningar innan resan, trots att vi skickade flera mail. Även via Booking.com försökte vi.
• Shamuvel (3/5): Poor - Few good things to consider:- 1. Landlord were quite communicate with locating the apartment and keys and this helped a lot to find the apartment. 2. Good enough to accomodate 10 people. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. 3. Place is in a good location with a bus stop just 20 steps away and a train station 10 mins away which takes you straight to main London. One of the worst experience I ever had with booking. I give it three star because of the following stuffs :- 1. The apartment check-in time is from 4 PM. We reached the apartment at 5:30 after a long 5 hour travel from Cornwall, only to realize the apartment was left uncleaned after previous tenants. So my wife had to call the landlord and he started shouting at her when asked for a refund. No clean towels, no bedsheets whatseover were clean. The landlord then organized two cleaners who came to clean the apartment. So practically the apartment was not even usable until 10 PM. This is already 6 hours past check-in time. 2. The building consists of very rude neighbours. Practically if you have kids, don’t even consider booking this apartment as there are notices sticked everywhere which says ‘please avoid kids running backwards/forwards as this creates a lot of noise’ 3. We came with two cars but since it is an apartment, there is no parking space available. Hence, we had to park cars at a public car park 5 mins away from the place. 4. There is no extraction fan in the kitchen. While cooking we set off the fire alarm only to realize the piping is not complete for extraction fan and all the smoke hovers in the apartment while cooking. There is a window by the kitchen but not enough to extract everything. 5. The top floor bathroom was clogged so the water spilled out in the entire bathroom while taking shower. 6. Lastly, the entrance to the apartment is very unclean. You can straight away smell mold and dusts. It can tell you what kind of other people reside in the building.

• Mohamad (10/5): The property is super good , but unfortunately staff they really need to improve their communication with guests , they - Super clean , bus 18 take you direct to the city Neighbour, he is really annoying
• Lenka (1/5): Bad - There was not comunication before arrival with the owner. I was scared that we will not be able to check in. We had received the information realy late even I was trying to contact them mamy times before our stay!The property was not prepared for all requested people, so we had to look for the sheets and do everything by ourselves. No information about anything. The towels were still wet. House was not clean at all, dust was on the ground everywere. To small for 14 people as was requested. We were group of 14 people and we realy disapointed from the beginning as there was noone helping us and we had 12 kids tired, but nothing was ready even it was in the booking form and payed!!!! The pics are nice but the reality is realy different and realy small. Also there are realy root neighborhood in the same house!!! If you want to have bautiful stay in London please choose better accomodation then this one!!!! I had to splve these issues with the customer service.
